We’d like to kindly clarify that the challenges you mentioned were related to requests outside of what the reservation and listing included. As a management team, we always try to assist whenever possible, but we also have to follow the set policies: Date changes requested less than 24 hours before arrival could not be accommodated under our cancellation policy. We did allow luggage drop-off earlier than check-in, even though our policy only allows this within 6-4 hours prior. Garage access and beach essentials are not part of the listing, so we could not provide these. A late check-out was not possible due to another guest arriving the same day. We hope this provides clarity, as these matters were not due to any lack of service on our part but simply adherence to the policies in place. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you had a great overall stay.
