Our house is perfect for those who want privacy, located just a few minutes from Praia da Rasa, one of the quietest beaches, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet and activities such as kitesurfing and boat trips;

In addition to the beaches, there is also easy access to the center of Búzios, with its shops and restaurants;

For the greater comfort of our guests, we provide cotton bed linen and towels;

Note: The external bedroom has a bathroom in front that serves both the bedroom and the leisure area;

The condominium has a playground, sand court and soccer field;

-If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent cleaning ladies who can prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay.

-A pool attendant may come during the reservation to keep the water clean. All to better serve you.

Access to the space is via keys that will be handed over upon identification of guests at a time agreed for in-person check-in.

Nearby, guests can visit Rasa Beach, one of the calmest in the region, excellent for walking, swimming and practicing water sports such as kitesurfing.

In addition to the beaches, the surrounding area also offers hiking trails and boat trips, allowing visitors to explore the region's natural beauty. For those who enjoy gastronomy, there are great local restaurants serving fresh seafood, and the local markets offer typical local products.
