Great Condo!

This condo was very clean, easy access and was well kept! We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for a week. Parking was excellent and love the unit! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay.... plenty of room for the six of us. everything we needed to cook with. right on the beach, not crowded will stay there again

Best View in the County

First time staying at this property and we have decided that we will be returning every year. Very nicely appointed on the inside and quite a view from the balcony. Breakfast on the veranda as we like to call it!

Amazing

This was great. Clean, spacious right on the beach! Stores and restaurants are super close to Destin so we can go down there for other adventures. We definitely found the place we are coming back to every year!!!!

Everything was honestly perfect

I definitely recommend Gulf Dunes room 309 at Sunset Resort in Ft Walton. The condo was spotless and the view was amazing! Easy access to the pool and the beach. Covered parking was also nice. The location is great. Shopping and restaurants all within just a Mile or two. We had a great time, we will be back.

Great Mini Vacation!

From the check-in to the check-out, this condo was a great place to stay. The unit was clean with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful and so close to the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank You!

Great location! Sunset rentals went above and beyond!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. The location is perfect in Ft. Walton Beach. Close to all of the places we wanted to eat at and visit. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Sunset rentals made everything very easy from check in to check out! My husband left his favorite visor in the condo when we checked out and were 2 hours away headed back home when he noticed. I sent an email to sunset rentals they immediately replied and said they would do their best to locate it and mail it to us. We received the visor today. It's the small things in life. This truly was above and beyond. We are so thankful. We will be back to unit 309! Thank you Sunset Rentals!

We were very pleased with this experience. Best reserved parking spot in the entire condo. The beach chair service inclusion is a great benefit to this rental. The communication and entire experience was very pleasant, and would recommend to anyone seeking a vacation destination.

Perfect!

Another lovely 3 bedroom condo with a beautiful ocean view! Comfort like home, but being from Illinois we don't have the ocean in front of us! We've rented through Sunset for a number of years now, and they have never disappointed us with their selection of properties, the upkeep and service.

Great Family Building

We loved our stay in the unit. It wasn't fancy but super clean and everything worked great. The kitchen plates/cups/skillets need some updating and the dishwasher didn't dry the dishes well. I would also request they add towel bars to the smaller bathroom and towel rings to hang the hand towels on. But the sheets were great quality. The bed slept well. Everything was super clean and the covered parking was wonderful We had excellent experiences with the people who put the beach chairs out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time and this unit was clean and right on the beach and convenient location. We would stay again. The front bunk bed room is very kid sized so my 16 years old slept on the couch but the couch was amazing so he didn’t mind:) We definitely would come back and stay here again and recommend to friends and family

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and wonderful views. The condo was nice, although a little dated in some areas.A few improvements would make a big difference. The kitchen could use more cookware, especially additional pots and pans, as there was only one pan available.Also, replacing the bunk beds in one of the rooms with a larger bed would be a better use of the space. There is a water spigot directly above the top bunk, which could easily be hit and makes the top bunk essentially unusable.Overall, we had a good stay and loved the convenience and beautiful views, but a few updates would make it even better.

The Condo was clean and perfect! We and another couple stayed for a week and it was beautiful! Definitely hope to return next year! Plenty of seating and loved the balcony! Had every thing we needed! Ocean front view was perfect!

Ft Walton Beach

There were no garbage bags, no toilet paper, no paper towels. There was no bathtub., at all. Pictures had bathtubs. With 2 small children a bathtub is a must and we would not have stayed there if we knew there was no bathtub.

Great stay!

Everything was as advertised and condo was clean. We had a great time and would stay again. My only complaint is that the jets did not work in master bath. With that being said I don't think that part was advertised.
