Welcome to your perfect getaway just 10 minutes from the charming town of Bancroft, Ontario! Our spacious 3+ bedroom lakefront cottage sleeps up to 9+ guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for a peaceful escape with all the comforts of home—and then some.

Enjoy 120 feet of private shoreline with a shallow entry, perfect for little ones or a leisurely dip. Spend your days on the water with two docks and a floating swim dock, or unwind in the private hot tub as the sun sets. Evenings are made for stories and s’mores around the lakeside firepit.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, high-speed internet, and plenty of cozy spaces to gather—including a screened-in sunroom and a large deck overlooking the lake.

With plenty of parking, room to sleep 9+, and everything you need for comfort and convenience, our cottage is your home away from home in every season.
Airconditioning for those hot days and a Generac generator to ensure you are never out of power. All the convenience of home, while waking up at the lake.

📍 Just minutes from hiking trails, local shops, and Bancroft’s best attractions—your lakefront escape is waiting.

Bookings are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday
Bring your own bedding and towels
Pets are NOT allowed on furniture.

This place is awesome! The Tait's have created a comfortable and welcoming cottage. They were great to communicate with and the cottage was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy time away with thy family. We're looking forward to next year.

OUTSTANDING!!! This cottage is fabulous, the grounds are beautiful, the lake is gorgeous and the hosts are excellent! It has everything you could possibly want or need and then some. The gracious hosts made us feel like family. Cant wait to go back next summer - for 2 weeks - one week just isnt enough! Best vacation ever.

We had such an amazing week. Sun, fun & memories made. The cottage is beautiful. We loved sitting in the screened in room in the evenings. The owners were so wonderful, leaving everything needed for a wonderful week. The lake was great for swimming. The kids had an absolute blast jumping in off the docks. We are already planning our stay again for next summer!!

What a great week … as others stated the property exceeded expectations …. Nice and roomy.. Kitchen is super well equipped … checkin was a breeze as door code provided and easy entrance. Master has great view of lake and sunrise… 2 bathrooms with showers is a bonus… water toys and inflatables were great as was the hot tub … lots of comfy chairs on dock and deck…. Screen in room overlooks lake and is excellent for your morning coffee and reading time…Fire pit area is large and roomy and ample wood was provided. The backyard area is nice and flat for your cornhole games and whatever else you need Internet was good and fast and allowed people to work if needed and be on video calls speed was always over 60MBPS All in all an excellent property and we would not hesitate to rebook again This feels like you are borrowing a friends or family members cottage vs a rentalPlease don’t hesitate in booking this property !!!

What a magical lakehouse! We couldn’t call it a cottage as it is far too nice for that. When we arrived we marvelled at the size and comfort of the space. The photos really don’t do justice to how spacious, bright and beautiful the house is, indoors and out. There are expansive windows facing the lake, well planned upstairs and downstairs lounges, sunbeds, docks and massive deck with a beautiful lake view. And more!!Two docks provide morning sun and one for the afternoon light! A cozy and cool screened in room was ideal for late night gatherings but what surprised us most of all was that there were no bugs to speak of!! The lake breeze and flitting dragonflies took care of that for us!!The master suite was stunning with lake view walk out doors and a cute table for our morning coffee fix! The ensuite has the best deep soaking tub that was heaven for our hardworking kayaking muscles!!The hot tub outside was comfortable and easy access off the deck with lake views. Perfect to soak in while watching the children play on the grass.The lake is healthy, clear and warm and we could dive right off the dock!!!The owners surprised us with a gift basket with special Canada Day gifts for young and old. They are easy to communicate with and readily available. They even got in touch with us after we left some jewellery behind! The kitchen has all the bells and whistles, is stocked with all essentials, an excellent fridge and storage for days. The most incredible cottage experience
