Island Reef Condo Club #501
2 Bed/2 Bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf and beaches. The beach is full of beautiful white fine sand where you can watch those spectacular sunsets. The pool, community room, lobby, and grounds at Island Reef are newly renovated. Enjoy the comradery at the Suffel Board courts and club house. You will be walking distance from CVS Drug Store, and Santini Plaza. Santini Plaza is opening up with great restaurants, several boutique shops, and ACE Hardware for the handyman. Even the marina is walking distance where you can rent a boat for fishing or sightseeing. Just over the bridge minutes away is Lovers Key State Park, offering opportunities for kayaking and wildlife spotting. You will also be close to Naples and that great shopping at Coconut Point. The island is just a great place to take a vacation.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
