The large island is outfitted with four seats - directly adjacent to the six-person dining table. The living room has a spacious seating area and features a large HDTV for your enjoyment. Ample closet space, laundry with washer and dryer, and a powder room complete the interior.

This property includes security features, such as smart locks and exterior Ring cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating is $50/day and can be arranged ahead of time to be ready for your stay. Please let us know if you would like the pool to be heated prior to your arrival.

Pet fee is $125 per pet with a maximum of two pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any and all damages caused from pets are the financial responsibility of the guest. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances as allergies to them are common.

All essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath and pool towels, etc. are supplied- no need to pack those!
