LUKSUS VANDKANT 6V/5B HJEM - PRIVAT BÅDPLADS/OPVARMET POOL & SPA/BIOSKÆRM

We take great pride in our luxury waterfront home, and cleanliness and proper maintenance are always top priorities. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. The guest did not report any cleanliness or cookware concerns at any time during her stay, despite having an open line of communication with us. Had anything been reported, we would have immediately sent our cleaning or maintenance team to address it. She did not provide a single message or photograph supporting these claims, and no replacement pan was found at the property after checkout. Our cookware is regularly inspected and replaced whenever necessary. Shortly after booking, the guest asked us to lower the price. We politely explained that the reservation already reflected our best available rate, and she chose to continue with the stay under the agreed terms. Only after we declined her discount request and the stay was completed did these previously unreported and undocumented allegations appear in her review. The timing, together with the complete lack of supporting communication or evidence, strongly suggests that her disappointment over the declined discount influenced this review. Because none of these alleged issues was reported during the stay, we had no opportunity to inspect or address them. We stand firmly behind the cleanliness, maintenance, and quality of our home. Unfortunately, this guest also left the house in a particularly dirty condition requiring additional attention

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the home. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and your kind words mean the world to us. You were an absolutely fantastic guest — communicative, respectful, and a joy to host! Thank you so much, James—we truly appreciate the kind words and thoughtful feedback. We’re especially grateful that you chose to book with us again for next year; that means a lot to us. Dear Cathy, We just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for being such a wonderful guest and for choosing to stay with us year after year. Hosting you for the past five years—and now knowing you’ve already booked again for next year—truly means more to us than words can express. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to host many guests and are proud of maintaining a strong track record built on mutual respect, trust, and care for our home. Guests like you, who demonstrate kindness, integrity, and consideration, are exactly why we do what we do. Your continued loyalty and thoughtful approach to staying in our home set the standard for what great hosting relationships should be. We are deeply grateful for your support, your trust, and the positive energy you bring each time you stay with us. It is always a pleasure to welcome you back, and we look forward to many more years of hosting you and your family. With our heartfelt thanks and appreciation, Alex
