Welcome to Just Beachy, your fun coastal retreat located in the boutique beachfront community of Sunflower Beach Resort. Bordering the community park, dog walking is simple and Gulf views are always available. This stunning beach home designed in serene shades of turquoise and blue is a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury, all just minutes away from delightful dining and shopping options.

Step into an open airy floor plan designed for entertaining, allowing lots of natural light and the Owner's unique and fun art collection. Located on the second level, relax in the spacious living room complete with a large, comfy sectional sofa and TV which are perfect for cozy nights in or entertaining friends and family. The dining area comfortably seats eight, while the kitchen island provides additional seating for four, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. A convenient bar/coffee area is complete with a wine and beverage fridge, elevating your hosting experience. Great views of the water are also seen from here.

The fully equipped kitchen, a Chef's delight, boasts Café appliances, including a six-burner gas range, and offers ample counter space for meal preparation, ensuring that cooking is as enjoyable as dining. Step outside onto the large deck, where you can relax and watch the beach waves or other views all while enjoying the salty sea breeze.

This thoughtfully designed home features two spacious bedrooms and two full baths on the second level, providing privacy and comfort for guests. On the first level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, along with a cozy living area featuring four built-in twin bunks and bath for kids or extra guests.

Great space for large family. Beds were comfy. We had a permit for beach parking so drove to beach. Also, spent time at the spacious pool. 4 boys under 6 and they loved the bunk beds andThe TV. We cooked every night and kitchen was well equipped. Also, appreciated the bar area for drinks and wine. Excellent stay! Thanks!!

The home is beautifully appointed, perfectly situated with gulf views and boardwalk access to the beach. So wether you are on the beach or hanging out with friends in the home. You will enjoy the best of both worlds. The parking was plentiful access to nearby stores and downtown Port A. I can say with confidence you and your friends or family will not be disappointed. We will definately be back in the future if the home is still available.

The property itself was amazing and a great location so close to the beach. The only issue we had was with the management company which switched twice from the time we booked until the time we checked in. This led to uncertainty about how to check in. We were given a check-in code that did not work and then were not told there was a physical key we needed to have so we ended up locking ourselves out at one point. Thankfully, the people at the front office were very nice and helpful. If the property management can get its communication together, then I would happily stay here again.

For a short stretch, Sunflower Beach moved away from our management to self-manage and then returned to us, and that transition created exactly the kind of confusion you experienced — a code that didn't work and a missed heads-up about the physical key. That's on us, and we're genuinely sorry it left you locked out for a moment. The good news is that everything is now fully resolved, so future stays will be smooth from the very first step. We're also glad our front office team was there to help when you needed them. Gorgeous house near beach

This house was plenty of room for two families (4 adults, 4 teens). Walk to beach is about 1/4 of a mile so it’s helpful to have a golf cart for making quick trips back and forth. The boardwalk can be a little narrow and tricky to maneuver in the golf cart so we ended up going out to the resort main road and getting on the beach there which was a little easier. This resort is newer and a few homes still being built but we heard very little, if any, construction noise. You can see the ocean from the balcony and hear it as well. We loved the decor, it was such a beautiful house! Resort pools are nice but we didn’t spend much time there as we were at the beach or relaxing in the house. One tip, pull up on the handles of the balcony doors to get them to latch/lock. And bring some bug spray as the mosquitos were out around the resort. Overall we’d love to stay here again and hated to leave!!
