There is no air conditioning so you have to leave the windows open. The traffic Noise is loud all night, also you hear the neighbors and they can hear you. The first day it was 85 degrees and it was very difficult to bring the temperature down. The condo was clean. Check in and out have three steps and multiple codes. The owners are very helpful and send you a detailed email to help you with this process. We were fined 200 for a scratch on the bedrail. Be careful.

The condo is advertised accurately and it is clearly stated that it does not have air conditioning. This is common for many mountain properties. To ensure our guests are comfortable, every room has a ceiling fan, and we also provide additional tower fans. On top of that, you initially booked the wrong weekend. I went the extra mile to help resolve your mistake by spending my own time on the phone with VRBO to cancel your original reservation without any penalty and rebook you for the correct dates at the exact same rate. I did this as a courtesy, even though the error was not mine. This is a newly constructed, well-built condominium. Neither we nor any of our previous guests have ever experienced or reported excessive noise from neighboring units. In fact, many guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and our mountain retreat. We have hosted many guests and no one has ever complained about the lack of air conditioning. Regarding the bed frames, the marks are far more than simple scratches—they appear to be graffiti. This is the first time we have ever filed a damage claim in all our years of renting, so we are not trying to take advantage of anyome.As a courtesy, I even offered to let you repair them yourself since you mentioned that you work in this field. We’re sorry the property did not meet your expectations. However, based on this experience, we would not be willing to host you again. We encourage future hosts to review this experience

Relaxation and Recreation

The accommodations were cozy and well organized. It was walking distance to my conference. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed and more to prepare all our meals. The unit was well equipped with all the creature comforts. Would definitely visit again!
