This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There was an issue with the bed frame in the master bedroom and maintenance came and repaired it the same day I notified them about it. Great customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect fall getaway

Fantastic property in the heart of River Run. The condo was extremely clean. The top floor unit was quiet and vaulted ceilings are a plus. Plenty of room for families. Amazing views of mountains, especially with the fall colors. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. Not much was open this time of year, but it was the perfect weekend escape!

Nice location and beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the convenience of having ski slopes and all the shops and restaurants close by. 5th floor has beautiful views of the mountain and ski runs (which are visible at night as well). The only delta is long wait times for the elevator during morning and evening times.

Clean, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was bigger than I expected. Only stayed one night but the place was clean and a walk to the gondola. Toughest part was navigating the underground parking to find the Dakota lodge elevator. Once you do that though it was easy.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at several properties in Keystone and this was one of the best. The layout and high ceilings make if feel very roomy and it is nicely updated. Location is a bit further from the gondola, but very close to shops/restaurants. The slope/pool view is nice. SCMR was easy to deal with as usual.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is great. Love the bed setup which made sleeping easy for my kids. Decor was very nice. No a/c but fans were provided which worked well. View of pool and mountains from balcony was great! Walking distance to village. I would Recommend getting a better coffee maker as a good cup of coffee in the mountains is essential

Kitchen lights did not work, windows did not open, so stayed very warm. Elevators were not working Sat. Night and Sunday. Had to do up and down 4 times to the 5th floor to bring our stuff down. Husband could only go down he uses a cane

Thank you for your feedback. It looks like none of these issues were reported to us until your day of check out. Had we been informed during the stay, we would have been happy to send over maintenance. Unfortunately the issues with the elevator were entirely outside of our control as the common areas are maintained and managed by the building HOA.

Early Christmas Trip

I took my boys for an early Christmas and we had a blast. The condo was as expected. They could have had a better cooking pots and pans or even some cooking spray. Take your own coffee because what was provided was not enough. Our biggest disappoint was no night skiing. I know this has nothing to do with the condo but is was the reason we selected Keystone.
