The view was wonderful. Condo layout was nice and loved that there were beach chairs, towels, and boogie board in the condo to use. Condo appeared clean but the door was left open when we arrived which was a little unnerving and there were a pair of underwear left behind one of the bedroom doors. My son got sick and when cleaning up the mess it was concerning how dirty the floor was. My biggest issue was sleeping as the thermostat would not go below 74 despite what it was set at. We like it cool when we sleep and woke up sweating. Finally resorted to leaving the door open at night to cool it off. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach access, just wish we had a little more control over the thermostat. The grocery store and pier were both an easy walk away

A truly wonderful experience…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, the beds and living room furniture were comfortable and it was well stocked with basic necessities. We lounged on the balcony overlooking the beach and saw beautiful sunrises and watched the bright full moon rise. The location is ideal…we saw 2 SpaceX rocket launches from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and even saw one of the Spaceport drone ships carrying a recovered Falcon rocket back to the Station. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby and our favorites were the Fish Camp Grill which is just across the street and the Sandbar Sports Grill less than a mile away. The Rikki Tiki Tavern on the Cocoa Beach Pier is a good place too. We opted to take 2 day trips…first to Melbourne, about 40 minutes away, for an exciting one hour airboat ride through the wetlands of 3 Forks Marsh…fun for all! The other was to Winter Park, about an hour drive away, but it was worth the trip. We enjoyed the hour long Winter Park Boat Tour, which is a narrated pontoon boat ride through winding canals that connect to 3 different small lakes, each lined with gorgeous mansions. We also visited the Charles Homer Morse Museum of American Art which displays the world’s most comprehensive collection of the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany…if you love Tiffany glass, this is the place to visit! All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely book this condo again…its comfort, ocean views and location are perfect!

Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. The unit was very well-equipped. They even provided a closet full of beach supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the unit very clean. Communication was excellent. A great getaway for several days!!

Great break

Relaxing break from Chicago. Really nice area, lots of places to eat, nice places to walk, easy area to get around, and three rocket launches scheduled (two of which actually went off).

Ideal location

The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. The view was spectacular! Access to the beach and pool was only a few steps away. Walkable to several restaurants and Publix. The listing description was accurate down to the beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you for making our stay stress free!

Nothing short of spectacular!!!

The photos of the balcony view do not do it justice!!! The view is simply amazing, especially the sunrise!!! The location of this complex was perfect with just a short walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, where we spent a lot of time. The pool area was very nice and clean with plenty of chairs for guests. The beach access was exceptional where we were able to watch a Space X launch!!! The check-in/checkout process was seamless and Zareh was very responsive to any questions we had. On the third morning, the coffeemaker quit working and to our surprise and delight, Zareh showed up the very same day with a replacement. We would HIGHLY recommend a stay at Cocoa Beach Towers with Happy Palm Stays as a host!!!

Great pool, so close to beach and pier, always catch a launch from Cape Canaveral and close to groceries/bars/restaurants. For some reason the bathrooms in pool area are ignored, so not so clean.

Great choice!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location! Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store and shops! Huge heated pool! Property/grounds were very well maintained. Unit was very clean and had some very nice updates. Customer service was a 10/10. Very accessible to any questions we had and even kept in constant contact to ensure our stay was satisfactory. Also notified us of extra activities happening in town. (Rocket launch notification was very much appreciated.) We will definitely be booking here again in the future.

Everything was great

The place was clean and had everything we needed, there was no hassle getting in or checking out, and the host is great communicating and making sure everything is right for your stay. Great location, pool, beach access.

Perfect place on Cocoa Beach!

The place is wonderfully roomy and comfortable for a beach condo and the agency renting it was quick with help when our door lock jammed- it was fixed within 2 hours while we were on the beach. It is in walking distance to the pier and we loved the Fish camp restaurant/Bar a block away- the Publix is even a few blocks away- so convenient!!! The beach items were also a fantastic plus, boogie boards, a cooler, umbrella and beach towels- again perfect! The only tiny downside was no broom- lol- an easy fix. I would most definitely return- many amenities, close to beach and loads of fun- even awaiting Idalia- lol. The staff was also helpful with letting us know their expectations as the storm/s progressed. Thank you for a memorable place and Vacay!

Overlook paradise

The view and pool were very beautiful. The condo was very spacious and all modern conveniences were provided. A short walk to the beach was nice. There were plenty restaurants and shopping to choose from to. We would definitely recommend :)

Cocoa Beach Vacation

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers was wonderful! The location was great and we were able to see the many cruise ships coming and going right from our balcony. The beach access was very private and relaxing. The condo was perfectly situated for our needs. Could walk to restaurants stores and the pier from where we were located. We did two days at Disney and had just a little over an hour drive. The only thing lacking was the need for more time to enjoy and explore the Cocoa Beach area. Great place to stay and vacation and would stay there again! Thanks for having us!

Great Stay

Condo had a great view. Nice pool. Quiet section of the beach. Plenty of room to put up chairs and umbrella and spread out. Room extremely clean. We stayed here during our daughters week of space camp. It was an easy commute to the Kennedy Space Center. We will definitely stay here again if we can return for camp.

Comfortable Clean and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the condo seemed newly remodeled. The place was immaculately clean and fresh. Everything worked without flaw. The large TVs were a nice treat at night and when there was rain. The location was very good. It’s a short walk to the pier and very close to many shops and restaurants including Ron John Surf Shop and a Publix just across the main road. We enjoyed the pool and beach and watching the surfers every day.

Excellent clean updated unit, great views

This was our first time staying at a “Stay In Cocoa Beach” property. We booked a unit in Cocoa Beach Towers for 11 days. The unit décor was updated and the unit was very clean when we arrived. It was well stocked with pretty much everything you would expect/need for a stay, Including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler. The building is in a great location with great views of the Cocoa Beach Pier just a couple hundred yards to the south, as easy walk for a drink at the tiki bar at the end of the pier, and Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space center a few miles to the north. We even got to watch a rocket launch from the beach right in front of the building. On the few occasions we had an issue early in our stay, I would send an email or a text to Zareh and his team and would get a response usually with in the hour and always by the end of the day. We were extremely impressed by their responsiveness. I would not hesitate to book with them again.
