The property was ideal for a multi generational stay. Plenty of room, great decor and the kids loved the Harry Potter bedroom and games room. The pool was well maintained and we paid for the heating and use of the BBQ. It was a well equipped house and in a great location.

Might want to update kitchen pans. N’espresso machine didn’t work. These are very minor…just want you to be aware. The place was great!

What a great stay we had! Everything we needed was in the house and more. We will definitely stay here again. It was in a great location. Very clean and spacious!

Perfect family villa with all you could possibly need, very comfortable, clean and modern. The games room was a highlight the kids, clean outdoor spac situated in a great area with plenty to do an close to all the parks. Our family had an amazing time wi no complaints. Id definitely return!

The property is to a high specification, was very comfortable internally and well situated. The amenities close by include supermarkets, restaurants and is close to Disney and Universal.The check in process was fine, if a little last minute when we had to provide names for each guest but this was to provide individual passes for accessing the gated community.Unfortunately we experienced issues accessing the gated community, the passes didn’t work for the entirety of the stay, the host was helpful in that they provided new passes but these didn’t work either. I’m still not clear on the issue and while this was only a minor inconvenience, it was a pain as it meant having to rely upon the main gate entry bell for access and we had a couple of occasions when the bell wasn’t answered immediately which left us waiting for other residents and having to tailgate.The pool area of the house was quite small and limited sunbeds (2) for a house that sleeps 10 meant this wasn’t a useful space for us, and like many Florida homes the outdoor planting in the pool area was in need of life support.We visited the residents pool area and clubhouse, gym was good as was the pool.Overall very comfortable, internally house was very good in a well maintained gated community.

I'm torn on this rental. Although my profile doesn't show many rentals we have been renting in orlando for 10 years and this house is by far one of the nicest, most well stocked rentals we have booked. However the neighborhood leaves me not wanting to return. This is a storey lake property but it's a side neighborhood with automatic gates. there is no security. So the 2 weekends we were here Friday & Sat nights there was cars coming in through the exit gate almost hitting us, parked all along the street, Parties so loud and dangerous the police had to come out 3 of the nights.A man in front of our rental slapped a woman screaming, fights, weed, trash everywhere, drag racing it was crazy. Security doesn't help,The HOA never called me back. There is no management at the clubhouse to speak to. The week days were perfect quiet and safe. The owners were very helpful and responsive and I know it's not their fault, they can't control who other host rent to but just be aware that lack of security made the weekends rough.Pros. Well stocked Lots of roomGame room Responsive management pool and hot tub Close toUniversal 28 minutes SeaWorld 15 minutes Mall 20 minutes Disney 15 minutes Target is right by the gates and Walmart is 5 min awayConsUncomfortable beds (sorry to say but they were all pretty uncomfortable) Neighborhood at night Lots of breakables if you have kids Hot water. Half of us would get cold showers I had to heat water with a kettle for my daughter
