The uniqueness of this property is a beautiful skyline view that is unrivaled by a few buildings in Dallas. The building is also an old hat and shoe factory that was converted into residences. Providing a modern industrial yet comfortable experience. The unit is immaculately decorated and the building offers incredible amenities such as a pool, theater, gym, private work spaces, music room and valet parking.
