I’m real picky on places I stay . But I must say the house was very clean . There was 20 of us plenty of room . And the location was Awesome right on beach . The only complaint I have is the dishwasher did not work properly.

Our group of 6 loved our 8 nights stay at this fantastic house. The only suggestion we have is to supply more blankets in the bedrooms. That would have been much appreciated with the chilly temperatures we had while there.

Was a wonderful property. Had multi-family with wide age range. Everyone had a great time. Direct access to beach is amazing with gorgeous views.

Beautiful Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is gorgeous, it checked every box for our family. The direct access to the beach, the pool and hot tub, large balcony and plenty of bedrooms. The only reason I gave a 4/5 is because the dishwasher did not work, a call made to maintenance did not get a quick response, took a second call and they showed up a day after that, happened to be a very easy breaker issue but for five out of our seven days, we did not have a dishwasher for our 8 guests. Also the hot tub was incredibly hot, when maintenance finally came, they checked it and it read 110 degrees, so we were unable to use the hot tub the entire time. The pool was usable for our first two days and then there was a massive infestation of love bugs, and the pool did not filter them out, there was no skimmer so that we could help clean it and by the end of the week the pool was so dirty from bugs that we were unable to use it. They said they would try and get the pool company out to clean it, but that did not happen during our stay. All and all webstill had a great time and will definitly be back

This is a great property! Incredible house with everything you need. Right on the beach- great pool and hot tub. Nicely remolded rooms, great bathrooms and kitchen. The management team is amazing! Super responsive and eager to help. We had an amazing time! Key items below. 1. Location is amazing- quiet end of PCB- steps away from ocean. 2. Great house- beautiful, clean, just as described. 3. Pool and hot tub were great. 4. Tons of towels, starter toiletries, dishwashing detergents, etc. 5. Great full-size washer and dryer. 6. Close to Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, Grand Marlin, etc. 7. Tons of outdoor seating. We also used a local company for daily beach set up. 8. Gate for easy access to or security ( for little ones) from the pool. 9. Lots of space in the kitchen, good pots, pans, etc.- coffee pot or pods, blenders, mixers, etc. 10. Upstairs and downstairs A/C- great for easy climate control. 11. Grill and extra lounge chairs were a good plus. 12. Large tvs in main bedrooms.13. Remote ceiling fans - great and easy to use I will absolutely rent this house again.

This house was great, very clean and well organized. We loved the beach. The heater in the pool didn't work so we never got a chance to enjoy the pool. The Hot Tub was nice but needed cleaning. We wound up cleaning it our selves. This house would be great for a large family gathering. Tons of beds. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall great experience.

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing or the premium price of nearly 15,000 for our stay.During our visit, we encountered several significant issues, including a green pool, an ant infestation, dishwasher problems, television malfunctions, and what appeared to be a known fire hazard that had been left in the unit with a warning letter taped to it. These were not minor inconveniences and collectively had a noticeable impact on the quality and enjoyment of our vacation.While the management company initially communicated with us, they eventually stopped responding to our concerns. We requested a modest 10% refund to account for the numerous issues we experienced, but that request was declined. We were also asked not to leave a review, which was disappointing given our experience.We understand that problems can arise with any property, and we were willing to work toward a fair resolution. However, the combination of the property's condition, the unresolved issues, and the lack of follow-through afterward left us dissatisfied.Potential renters should carefully consider whether the property's condition and management responsiveness meet their expectations, especially given the premium cost of the rental.

The house was recently remodeled and beautiful. The location is in a quiet part of the beach, so we did not have crowds that blocked our view of the beach. The air-conditioning worked great. The deck was our favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. It was hot in the middle part of the day without shade on the deck. The 7th bedroom is a 3 bed bunk room with shorter than normal beds. People over 5' 10" don't fit in those beds. The property manager was responsive to our requests. The microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker did not work. They sent someone to fix the dishwasher during the week. They added a counter top microwave to use in place of the built-in microwave. The pool got dirty mid-week and they sent someone to clean the pool. The bathroom fans did not work. We were short on bathroom/kitchen towels, and they delivered more upon request. There were 5 lounge chairs at the house that we carried to the beach. We bought umbrellas to take to the beach. They provided a starter set of supplies (1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, tiny bottle of liquid dish soap, bars of soap for bathrooms) so you will need to make a grocery run for all supplies for the week. Dollar General is 2 blocks away and a quick place to get ice, snacks, drinks, etc.

Perfect house for a large group! We had 13 adults and 4 children and there was room for everyone to sleep and eat. The house is laid out perfectly for large groups and the location on the beach was awesome! We loved the pool and hot tub. This is our 5th year coming to PCB with a large group and this was by far our favorite house. We were a little leery of staying at the east end of PCB (we usually stay on the west end). But, we liked it just as well. There was lots of kitchen utensils, pans to cook in, a crockpot, a coffee pot, 2 toasters, and a blender. The deck gets super hot during the day so just remember to leave flip flops at the bottom of the steps. The house could use black out curtains over the blinds - it would definitely help with keeping the upstairs cool. We ran out of hot water even with staggering showers and laundry. One other thing that would be nice is a crib or pack and play option in the house. There were tons of pillows and the beds were very comfortable. Tons of storage in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom and beach towels and swimsuits would be a bonus. All that to say, we would definitely rent again. We had the best week!!!

Beautiful property. It's not in the middle of all the crowded areas, but close enough to get to everything. Walk right out the back on to the beach! It's like your own backyard. Loved the location and all the amenities of the house, large private parking, hot tub, swimming pool, grill, amazing deck, and beach chairs. So much more to good say, but can't list it all. Wow!

I genuinely wish I could give this property zero stars. DO NOT BOOK HEREWe booked this home for a large family vacation, and the condition of the property was completely unacceptable. This was not a case of one or two minor maintenance issues. The house had serious problems throughout.There was visible mold, water literally pouring in through a window, doors off their hinges, trash left around the property, and a dishwasher sitting with disgusting brown water inside of it. The pool was cloudy, the air conditioning failed for TWO days and multiple things in the home were broken or not functioning properly.We spent part of our vacation cleaning, contacting management, dealing with maintenance issues, buying extra ice and supplies, and worrying about the condition of the house instead of enjoying the trip we paid for.What made it worse was the response afterward. The insulting “compensation” offered did not come close to reflecting the condition of the property or the amount of our vacation that was disrupted, ice we had to continue purchasing, food that went bad, and coolers we had to purchase. Other reviews a month before we stayed stated the same issue with the dishwasher. The listing photos do not accurately represent the condition we experienced. For the amount of money charged to stay here, this property should have been properly cleaned, maintained, and inspected before guests arrived. I would absolutely not stay here again and would NEVER recommend it.

The house was beautiful. The location was fantastic. The open concept was great for our large crew. The back deck was the best place to spend our afternoons and nights listening to music and enjoying the the view. There is only one regular sized refrigerator which is not enough space for a house which sleeps 28. Fortunately, we figured this out before arriving and made do with several Large coolers for drinks and used the refrigerator for only food storage. The ice maker did not work. The dishwasher would not close so it was not usable. A burner on the stove didn’t work. When we tried to use the microwave, it made a horrible sound and smelled like it was catching fire. Needless to say, cooking and eating in was made complicated by these issues. Maintenance was called twice and they finallyShowed up two days later. We were told basically nothing could be fixed and They had to order new equipment. This felt rather dismissive. Overall, even with these issues, the house was nice, the view and outdoor space was top notch, and our family had a great trip in PCB.
