Perfect for groups, this unique home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests for an unforgettable getaway.

This one-of-a-kind retreat is perfectly situated near some of Southern California’s top destinations—just 45 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, LEGOLAND, the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and more. Nestled in the exclusive, gated community of Canyon Lake, this private oasis offers the best of resort-style living.
Enjoy access to a 400-acre private lake, two additional lakes, a golf course, country club, tennis courts, and a waterfront restaurant—all just minutes from the renowned Temecula wine country and Pechanga Resort & Casino.
The fully remodeled home features 4 bedrooms plus a large office, 3 bathrooms, and stunning indoor-outdoor living. Highlights include a private pool and hot tub with a 15-foot slide, an indoor/outdoor lounge room, three rear decks with lake and mountain views, and a custom BBQ kitchen station with outdoor dining and a cozy fireplace seating area.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends, a romantic escape, or even a work retreat, this home offers unforgettable comfort, adventure, and views—all within an hour of San Diego, Orange County beaches, Palm Springs, and Los Angeles.

- Personal vehicles are the most convenient and common mode of transportation in Canyon Lake due to limited public
transit options.
- Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) operates Route 61, which connects Canyon Lake to nearby cities such as Perris and
Temecula.
- The nearest RTA bus stop is at Goetz Road and Audie Murphy Ranch Parkway, about a 3-minute walk from Canyon
Lake’s eastern edge.
- Dial-A-Ride services are available for seniors and individuals with disabilities, offering origin-to-destination rides within
three-quarters of a mile from fixed routes.
- Dial-A-Ride requires advance reservations and serves Canyon Lake and surrounding areas.
- Public transit is limited in frequency and coverage, so a personal vehicle is recommended for convenient travel to
attractions and nearby cities.
- Uber: Available 24/7 in Canyon Lake, offering various ride options including UberX, UberXL, and more. Riders can request
rides on-demand or schedule them in advance.
- Lyft: Also operates in Canyon Lake, providing similar services with options for different vehicle types.
Property is a mid-term rental with limits of 1-3 months, with options to extend. Due to HOA and CA regulations additional requirements and fees are outlined below.
- A Month to Month Lease will be required by all guests prior to occupancy - we work with Corporate & Insurance Relocation services, and long-term vacationers, & are flexible on Lease/ownership and Rates.
- A Lease Application (fees will apply) & Standard Background Check is required prior to lease and fund collection. Lessor reserves the right to decline to lease based on background Fico Score, legal record, & Financial History.
- A Standard CA Lease with House Rules, and CC&R addendums is required to complete the booking.
- Guest will be required to provide ID & complete background check to finalize booking reservation. Property Management Company reserves the right to deny rental based on, but not limited to: evictions, criminal activity, foreclosures, collections, credit scores below 680. Guests for which a contiguous and current Social Security history/score and background check cannot be rented to at this time.
- A deposit will be held based on background check and past reviews (amount varies from $1500)
- Guests will be given a utilities allowance of $350/month. Any costs over that allowance will be charged monthly to held deposit
- Pets are allowed upon approval with a non-refundable fee. A Fully Refundable Fee will also be held.
- Guests are expected to follow CC&R's (to be provided as part of lease), any tickets/fines will be deducted from deposit on file
We also require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link prior to booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until all forms are complete. If forms are not completed within 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel booking reservation.
NexAero Housing Solutions LLC will hold the property for serious interest while background check and lease are being executed.
We request deposits and do background checks to assure and protect the quality of experience for you and future guests.
A cancellation fee of 4% may be held to cover admin and CC fees.
