We 100% provide and stock in the home toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing gel for dishwasher, and trash bags. We don’t provide laundry detergent. As for the coffee machine it is a grind your beans type and does occasionally need cleaned. It was unfortunate that it had been missed by the cleaners. It’s a pretty simple machine to clean, 5-10 minutes. We have a different coffee machine that uses a filter insta coffee in a different cabinet. First complaint regarding any of these items. Same cleaner for 6 years that stocks these items and cleans the house. I am very accessible, but I will not talk to rude tenants that don’t take the time to look for specific items prior to calling and being VERY RUDE. My experience is most people practice civility. As for the pool, tenant DID NOT pay for the heat option. Pool is serviced weekly 52x a year by professional pool company. Hot tub floater valve had to be replaced while tenant was there, but since no heat paid for certainly can’t impact since water temp would be too cold to use. It is a high priority for me to provide a clean, safe, well stocked home for tenants. I am accessible via email, phone and text. I believe every comment they made was false except the coffee grinder did need cleaned.
