Dio’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, spotless, and very comfortable. The space was well maintained, and everything was easy from check-in through departure. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

I can not say enough good things about this place !! It’s in the perfect spot! The night I came in from an exhausted plane ride, my phone was dying and I needed help finder no the place. The lady called me right away and sent me everything she was so helpful and sweet. I can not thank her enough. She was the best! The place was so nice and clean. I’m definitely coming back .

Dio was incredibly communicative and made all aspects of the rental very easy. The location is fantastic and the view is one of a kind.

This condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a relaxing week! The location is great - a short walk or even shorter drive to lots of restaurants with many food options. The espresso machine was great, and we were able to see whales right from the balcony. We hope to come back!

Apartment was exactly what was pictured. Clean, comfortable, and a great view. What we really appreciated were the beach chairs, coolers, pool toys, umbrellas, etc. We were able to play pickle ball in the morning at the courts within the complex. We can't wait to come back!

First time at Jobos beach

Clean secure apartment, very comfortable beds and air conditioning. Nice pool and a short walk to Jobos beach. We will come back to Jobos again.

Wonderful beach stay

The apartment was as advertised, and very clean. It's on the beach. You do have to walk a couple hundred yards down if you want to swim as there are rocks right at the beach in front. The area is fun, with lots of good beaches and restaurants. Dio was very responsive, and he accommodated last-minute schedule changes as well.

We have been fortunate to visit the island every year, and this stay genuinely stood out as one of the best experiences we’ve had, especially for the value. The apartment itself is excellent, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with clear, well-written instructions that made everything effortless from the moment we arrived. Traveling with kids can be tricky, but this place was family-friendly. The pool was a hit with them, and the views were great . The location puts you within easy reach of so many great attractions. Communication with Dio was outstanding, prompt, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout. They even provided a list of local places to visit, which we absolutely loved and made great use of. We are already planning to come back next year, and this will be at the top of our list. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay as you won’t be disappointed!

Unit had everything you need, plenty of room, close parking and ample AC. It was nice to have the ocean view. The pool was nice, but they could definitely use more lounge chairs and regular cleaning. Our host was very responsive. The location is great and very safe feeling. Close to some food trucks and a gas station. Highly recommend this place!

Very clean. We were thrilled to find the secondary bedroom closet, full of beach, chairs, an inflatable and beach toys. There were plenty of beach towels available. The washer and dryer was an amazing amenity to have. The water pressure is great.The host had terrific communication. Very responsive. Kind. No complaints about them or the property. The balcony is large. The view is gorgeous.The only downside is that while the beach looks amazing and gorgeous do not go in the water.. There is a sign in the sand, that when we researched the translation basically translated to stay off of the dune as that is the first line of protection between the water and the property. Got it. Makes sense.Stuck to the pathways. No problem. So as non-locals, we thought the water was safe to go in and I ended up in the emergency room. There is coral reef, which is very very sharp, and we couldn't see it at all. Needless to say I spent the rest of the trip in bed elevating my foot praying not to get an infection. So world of warning, do NOT go on the water newest the property itself. Had I known this was the case I would have booked elsewhere. Being on the beach and having quick access to the water was our main goal.

There is work going on in these buildings and the workers start at 6:30 am, loud drilling sound early in the morning. Plus the unit itself has a dehumidifier that goeson every 5 minute’s and it’s very loud especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. The timing needs to be adjusted! The unit was very clean and cozy, but the view is directly obstructed by trees, so you don’t have a full ocean view as advertised. We waited 30 minutes to come back into the complex in our car even though we had a visitors pass because there’s only one gate to come in that is controlled by security and all the newcomers have to register at the gate which holds up the line if you’re waiting to get back in. Each car to register takes approximately 10-15 minutes with the guard. They need to come up with a quicker system to keep the cars flowing and avoid cars backing up into the street so vacationer’s don’t have to wait so long to get back in.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you found the apartment clean and cozy. We understand that construction activity can be frustrating during a vacation. While there are some projects taking place elsewhere within the condominium complex, these are managed by HOA and are outside of our control. Fortunately, our section was finished a couple months ago and they are no longer occurring within or directly adjacent to our building. The security gate procedures are also managed by the HOA as part of their effort to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and guests. Wait times can occasionally vary depending on arrival traffic, though this has not been a concern for most of our guests. As for the view, our listing photos accurately represent what guests can expect. The apartment offers ocean views, and the photos show the natural beachfront dunes and vegetation that are part of the coastal landscape. We make every effort to ensure our photos and description accurately reflect the property’s surroundings so guests can make an informed booking decision. We also appreciate your note about the dehumidifier and will review its settings to ensure it is operating as comfortably as possible for future guests.
