It was a great place for our family summer trip! The neighborhood was surprisingly quite at night for how close to downtown it is. So if you are looking for something close to where it can be as loud as you want (downtown), that is pretty chill when you get home, this is a great spot!

Fantastic location in Austin that is a short walk from restaurants/bars/shops. The house is very well kept and clean, and it was a perfect fit for 7 people. The back yard is quiet and a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We would definitely stay here again.
