The houses are in one of the coolest residential neighborhoods in Austin, just 3-minutes from Downtown Austin.

Both houses are private and adjacent to each other. The main and guest houses are separated with a gate but can be opened to allow access between the two houses during the entire stay.

Main House Downstairs:

1 king-sized bedroom with attached full bathroom with shower and separate bathtub
1 additional king sized guest bedroom

Upstairs: 1 king-sized bedroom with attached full bathroom with shower
Downstairs: 1 king sized bedroom with full bathroom and shower
Downstairs: Full Kitchen including microwave, oven, range, fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer

Main House:
The main house has 3 full baths. There are 4 bedrooms including a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in the first guest bedroom, a queen in the 2nd guest bedroom and 2 twin-sized bunk beds in the 4th bedroom. There is also an available rollaway bed. There is a digital game table to play all your favorite board games like monopoly, sorry, chess, battleship and the game of life just to name a few. This is a must try!

The chef’s kitchen is an open design with waterfall edges and new pots/pans/dishes, cutlery set, etc. The living/dining room is perfect for watching your favorite TV shows featuring a 75 inch TV.

The Waterin’ Hole Pergola Deck with Hot Tub AND Cowboy Chill Pool:

Yes, it’s true. There is a Hot Tub AND a Cowboy Chill Pool. No matter what your mood you can relax in two separate spaces. The first is a brand new Hot tub with swingable TV. The 2nd is a Cowboy Chill Pool where you can cool the water down to CHILLY cold at the press of a button. Did we mention the totally private HUGE deck and pergola with customizable string lights? It’s a truly unique experience. Special instructions will be given to guests to make the most out of this space. You’ve got to see it to believe it.


Guest House:
The guest house downstairs has 1 king-sized bedroom with 1 attached full bathroom with a shower. It has an open floor plan which includes a full kitchen and living room. The upstairs has another king size bed plus full bathroom. The guest house is its own space and is completely separate from the main house. It has its own entrance as well.

You’ll be minutes away from Ladybird Lake (also known as town lake), 6th street, 4th street district, Rainey Street, Moody center, ACL and the congress street bridge where millions of Mexican free tail bats put on a nightly show during the summer months.
