There is no pool or direct beach access, but one of Holbox's most beautiful beaches is just a 10-minute walk (about 10 blocks) away.



The Neighborhood:

The hotel sits two blocks from the ferry, super convenient for arrivals and departures.

Everything is within walking distance: the island center, the best restaurants, shops and bars, and the beach are all 5, 7 and 10 blocks away.

There is a convenience store right next door for any essentials.

Nearby: Holbox town center, Caribbean beaches, beachfront restaurants and the famous Holbox sign.



Getting Around:

There are no paved roads in Holbox, and that is part of its charm - you get around on foot or by golf cart.

If you rent a golf cart, you can park it right outside the hotel.

From the ferry terminal, the hotel is an easy two-block walk.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying in the room, plus signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep a harmonious relationship with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions) during your stay. Please respect them - we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help, do not leave open food outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C.
