Guests may be assigned to any of the three units within the property structure, which may be located on the ground, second, or third floor depending on availability at the time of booking. All units are self contained and fully private.



This unit may have other guests staying in adjacent units above or below during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, please reach out before booking and we will do our best to accommodate you in a quieter configuration when possible.

Accessibility and layout

Guest Access:

The unit has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Even though Green St is part of Boston’s biggest neighborhoods, it is sometimes overlooked by other Bostonians. Those of us who know about the area’s historic houses, art galleries, bars, and restaurants are not in a hurry to tell everybody else. Green St is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem.



All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

The Savin Hill subway station is within walking distance. From Savin Hill, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, our street offers free on-street parking.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

–Pets are not allowed at this property.

–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.

–-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
