Casa de Emdeko ligger kun 1. 5 miles fra downtown Kona & væk fra trafikstøj. Det har udsigt til en meget stille, tropisk gårdhave, der fører til 2 store pools, en sandstrand lavet strandområde, og 3 hav side B. B.Q er fantastisk til madlavning af den friske fisk, vi har i Kona.

Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med køkkenredskaber, gryder og pander, kaffekande, blender og brødrister. Hvis du har brug for at gøre vaskeri, mens du besøger, er der en stor Tøjvask facilitet på Casa de Emdeko. Hvis du leder efter en fredelig ferie gemmested, eller et sted at slappe af efter en hel dag med sjov ø-aktiviteter, dette condominium er for dig. Den er perfekt til par, der ønsker en stille retræte eller en familie på fire.

Nice clean unit with amazing pool

Nice clean unit in a great location. Highlight was the pool overlooking the ocean. Really enjoyed my stay.

Quick anniversary trip!

We were in Kona 4 nights, we went on so many adventures in this short time! This place was the most peaceful retreat after long days. Clean, quiet, well equipped, & cozy! The pools were fantastic & the view was breath taking!

Relaxing Stay

The property was beautiful and the condo had some amazing perks. Kitchen was great with plenty of cups utensils plates ect. The bed was comfy enough. And the ac was wonderful.

Perfect for Two

Great little condo for two. Small and friendly condo complex. Love the two pools and sandy beach area that is exclusively for complex residents and guests.

Vacation

Everything you need, even the little things (extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, towels, beach towels and equipment). A sweet little home away from home unit with a fabulous balcony and a view. You almost don’t need to leave, with the property boasting two pools, one being a salt water pool, complete with sand surroundings to give you all the beach vibes. Close proximity by car to plenty of markets, dining, beaches and located on the sunny side of the island. Missing our breakfast on the balcony already.

Great Unit

Had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this unit. Very clean and nice decor with everything you needed from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and ice chests! One of the reasons we chose this unit was for the separate large tub but it wasn’t usable, disappointed but since everything else was over and above our expectations, I give it 5 stars! We’ll definitely ask for this unit again!

Fine stay

It was a pleasant stay. Definitely enjoyed the overall condominium amenities over the room we stayed in. We arrived at check in time but cleaners were not done. We were exhausted so we stayed but unsure of how cleaned it was. The condominium amenities made up for it thought.

Great condo complex! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 8 nights at Casa De Emdeko 202. The grounds were perfect. We spent quite a few days just hanging by the saltwater pool and manmade beach on the property. We used the very nearby convenience store/liquor store a couple times, but only in a pinch as it was expensive. The property itself (202) was outdated and could certainly use some updating. The most disturbing thing was that the faucet in the tub was rusted! You must replace that. Also, the location of the condo is probably one of the worst locations in the complex. It's in the far back - away from the ocean - and you look right out to the open lobby and they can see right in. Now, all this being said, we still had an amazing time. However, next time, we will book a condo closer to the ocean and one that looks more updated. Of course, the price was right for this place. Just under $100/night before taxes! We will be back!

Casa Emdeko room 202

The check-in process was easy--communication only by email. The apartment was smaller than expected, and the balcony did not have the corner sofa as shown. It was clean though, and we appreciated the new shower cubicle in the bathroom. The furniture in the living room and bedroom are old and need renovating though. The bamboo sofa cushions were worn out and should be replaced. For two people the apartment was adequate. The gardens, pool and cabana were wonderful, and well-maintained.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the basics needed to immediately settle in. Loved the facility, and especially the salt water pool. Convenient location for sight seeing, and perfect for just relaxing.

Great place to stay in Kona

Really nice place. We loved the enclosed beach and saltwater pool. Super clean and excellent outdoor grills. I would recommend door mat and Swiffer to tackle sand getting in the unit. I would come here again as it also close to beaches and restaurants.

Great Kona Condo

We enjoyed the Location and the Condo. It has all the things you would want for a short or long stay. The beach stuff was very useful so we didn't have to buy anything extra. The furnishings are all new and comfortable and the art is very tasteful. Lot's of Kitchen appliances as well as pot's and pans. Spices and lots of extra's for every day use. The Condo was very Clean with lot's of Towels and Bedding.

Great location. Some nice touches!

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that recent upgrades had been done and are sure that these are ongoing: new drapes, a new laminate floor, an up to date TV, a new paint job and some nice decorating touches. We would, however, encourage some professional work be done to the base of the shower, and the replacement of the sinks both in the kitchen and the bathroom. These areas although serviceable are well past their prime, well below par. Having said that, we appreciated the kitchen supplies: plenty of plates, cooking pots and cutlery. Beach equipment proved a thoughtful touch with chairs, a freezer chest, beach towels and even sun hats. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. A footnote: We added an extra day to our original reservation so as to allow us to leave much later than checkout time and had an hour of panic when we discovered that our lock code had been cancelled with our luggage inside! Upon contacting KonaCoast this was rectified. We had not been given a new code when we added the extra day. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else! All in all, despite the excitement at the end, we had a great stay.

Condo is just right for 3, grounds are lovely

We were happy with the accommodations, the pull-out bed in the living room is comfortable. The stove was fine, the cooking utensils adequate (not great quality, could have used a large frying pan). We did have the water shut down on Thursday mornings due to some repairs, it took awhile for the hot water to return after but Kona Coast was responsive. The grounds are meticulously tended to, lovely. I would be happy to stay again.

Great Stay at Casa de Emedko!

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook just about anything! The complex was quite and relaxing and located close to Kailua. I walked to the town in about 20 mins. Otherwise it's a 2 minute drive. From this location you can easily access everything on this side of the island. We enjoyed swimming in the slat water pool and laying on the beach* in front of the complex. Casa de Emedko is not on a white sand beach, in this area on the island the shores are rocky. But they have brought in sand and palm trees for shade to give you the beach feel. I loved it! I would absolutely recommend this complex! I plan on staying here next time I am in Kona. The staff at the rental agency were awesome! They were so kind and helpful.
