One of only 12 homes on the waterside of South Shore Drive with its own private frontage, this exquisite 2-level home boasts 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 3 upstairs), 3 ½ baths, and private frontage right on serene Crystal Lake. The south side is known for its quiet and peaceful setting.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Crystal Lake from the main floor, which features a primary bedroom with a plush king bed and an ensuite full bathroom. There is also a half bath just off the living room.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one with a plush queen bed and ensuite full bathroom, another with a queen bed, and a third with a bunk bed with a pullout trundle accommodating three beds, sharing a full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own separate controlled Daikin Mini Split wall mounted unit.

The chef's kitchen is equipped with brand new high-end Café appliances for all your cooking needs, and a cozy living space with a TV, along with a dining room just off the kitchen, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The living area also has its own separate controlled Daikin Mini Split wall mounted unit.

Outdoor Amenities:
Step outside to enjoy a patio dining table for 6, a Weber 3 burner gas grill, and 4 Adirondack chairs around a cozy fire pit. The surrounding townships are incredibly charming as well—grab ice cream in the tiny town of Beulah, venture to the stunning Lake Michigan shoreline in Frankfort, or make the 39-mile trip to either the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore or Traverse City, which boasts over 50 different wineries located on the 45th Parallel, aligning it with some of the most prestigious wine regions in Europe.
