Mary and Fred were fantastic hosts, provided everything we could want in the kitchen and bathroom. The cottage was clean and cozy and so artistically decorated. We enjoyed the peaceful country location just outside of Friday Harbor where we found so many good things to see and places to eat.

Awesome and very quiet & peaceful place to stay. We loved the view and our new animal friends. The hosts could not have been more helpful with providing us with information about our stay - places to see, go & not miss. We loved our stay!

What a special and unique property! It is thoughtfully designed and is very warm snd welcoming. Very well appointed and the communications from Mary were helpful and clear. The dogs, cats and horses were curious and fun to watch. The hot tub was a nice touch and great after hikes. Location is also perfect with a beautiful ride in. It is easily our favorite rental!

The location was perfect we felt, we have never been to the SanJuan Islands and we picked a great place to stay. We are animal lovers and the dogs and cats were super friendly. The place was so peaceful, a perfect get-away for my Wife's 50th Birthday. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of Paridise.

We had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful water views that made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The property was wonderful, and we especially loved the clawfoot bathtub and hot tub.The animals were such a delight, and one of our favorite parts was getting morning visits from the sweet cats in the front yard. They added so much charm to an already special experience. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect cottage for our days on San Juan Island. Absolutely beautiful ocean views from the cottage.Host was available as needed and provided ample information in the cottage regarding the islands and things to see and do. We experienced several things that were suggested. Cottage was gorgeous and stocked with all the usual items plus little extras with much attention to details by the host. Loved soaking in the hot tub at night and visits by the pups and cats. Deer and horses posed for some ocean view landscape pictures. Grounds are well kept with beautiful flowers. Sunset was lovely each night. Would love to stay again and ferry to other islands too.

The property exceeded my expectations. I came for peace and quiet and that’s exactly what I got. I also enjoyed visits with the hosts dogs and cats while I sat on the deck. It was the most perfect getaway and I can’t wait to go back someday!

The guest cottage is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we've ever stayed. The setting on San Juan Island, out in the quiet countryside, and the view from the cottage itself, is absolutely spectacular. Mary and Fred were great hosts: friendly, available, unobtrusive. The cottage is so well stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked, with a full-sized refrigerator. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the linens are premium quality. In fact, everything in the cottage is premium quality and very beautiful, and wonderfully clean.The family pets, two sweet dogs and two companionable cats, were also very welcoming. We loved staying at the Guest Cottage and would love to stay there again!

This has been our favorite stay on the islands. The views are unparalleled as well as your hosts. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the cottage is so cozy and inviting. The cherry on top are the sweet animals that will greet you as you arrive and depart the property. Everything was very clean and well manicured. Mary was able to provide anything extra I asked for and was warm and inviting. Staying here is a true gift. Take advantage of the hot tub, clawfoot tub, gas stove, and again the views that go on for days and days. You are so close to great hiking and beach access; the sunny south side of the island is a great place. we cannot wait to come back here again.

Mary and Fred’s guest cottage was an absolute dream. The views are exceptional! We loved the location being so conveniently close to Friday Harbor and Cattle Point, as we spent lots of time out there. The Guest Cottage was absolutely beautiful and had anything you needed.
