Notable Details
- The final cleaning cost, applied at checkout, is $340
- Interim cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 7 days at a cost of $170
- A security deposit of $500 (applied to your credit card as a hold) is required
- Garbage is picked up ever Wednesday morning. We ask that you kindly wheel the green bin to the street Tuesday evening.
- The gardener comes Tuesday mornings
- The pool is cleaned on Thursdays
- Water consumption is included in your stay

***To balance comfort, cost, and conservation, Villa Verde provides 40 kWh of electricity per night, which is perfect for evening air-conditioning when windows and doors are closed. During the daytime, we encourage you to enjoy the island breeze by keeping windows open. If your electricity usage exceeds 40 kWh per night, an additional charge of $0.60 per kWh will apply and this will be deducted from your security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain sustainable energy use. Thank you!
