THE VILLA
Villa Verde is a fully gated private compound. The main house and guesthouse sit together within their own walled garden, giving the whole group a shared home base while preserving genuine privacy for whoever is in the guesthouse.

The main house is open, bright and tropical with high ceilings, natural light and a layout that flows naturally from the kitchen and living space out to the pool and palapa beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and the dining area handles the whole group comfortably.

The guesthouse is the detail that makes Villa Verde work for every group type. Parents and grandparents in the main house, teens or young adults in the guesthouse. A couple that wants their own space. It has its own entrance, its own bathroom and its own half kitchen. Complete privacy within a shared stay.

NOTABLE DETAILS: ENERGY TRANSPARENCY
Villa Verde includes 40 kWh of electricity per night, enough for comfortable evening air conditioning throughout the property. Usage above that is billed at $0.50 per kWh and settled after checkout. In practice most guests find the included allowance covers their needs comfortably, particularly when enjoying the trade winds during the day and using air conditioning primarily at night. We share this upfront because we'd rather you know before you book.
A $500 security deposit (where applicable) held on your credit card is required at booking.
