2nd stay at this property

This was our second year to stay at this property and was once again a big hit for our family of 13. Kitchen was very well stocked and pool was very clean. Beach access is so easy and a great fit for my adult children and my grandkids.

Very clean and accommodating. The layout was perfect for my family of 3 elderly brothers. Had all the necessities in the kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful watching the sunrise and waves.

This house is amazing. We spent four nights there over Labor Day weekend. It was a perfect weekend. The house, the six bedrooms and six bathrooms the kitchen all of it was beautiful. It’s beautifully decorated and the view from the second floor, where the kitchen and dining room and living room are was amazing. We loved every minute of it. I have stayed in many houses and condos down at SPI and this by far has been my favorite.

My family (6 adults) booked this home for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and was extremely clean. I think the primary attraction for booking this home is the location to both the beach and the local bars and restaurants (which of course comes with a premium in price). Overall it was a great stay at a fabulous property, and I would book again.

We had a wonderful trip. Renting a house with direct access to the beach is always worth it. The house was pretty clean. The previous guests trash was still in the outside bins and the windows weren’t clean. But they sent a crew over right away to take care of that. The communication and customer service ice was great. And the home comfortable accommodated all 9 of us. I will say, be very careful not to leave food out in the kitchen, especially overnight, as there will be a lot of ants. The kitchen was clean, but I know ants can be a problem with any beach house. So just be mindful. The icecream at the Baked Bear is phenomenal and very close drive. We stopped there after put-put and go-carts at gravity park and the kids loved both! Gabriella’s pizza was very good.

Phenomenal Stay!!

This Beach House surpassed my expectations! What a delight to be among close family while enjoying such a beautiful space. The decor is incredibly tastefully done, and the beach view is perfection! Every room seemed to have an elevated style and more space than expected. The main living room space is inviting and lends itself nicely to meeting together. Even the pool was larger than expected. Be prepared to not want to leave!!

First Timers to SPI

The rental team at SPI did a great job finding us a replacement facility just days before our scheduled property experienced maintenance issue. Don't know exactly what happened to booked property but SPI went over and above to make sure we were treated right. Thanks SPI Team and we look forward to our next visit.

This property fit my family very well. It was clean and had an excellent path to the beach. We had a brief issue with one of the air conditioners and also with the WiFi login. Both issues were quickly resolved by the property management. We also didn’t have any hand towels when we arrived but once again the property manager resolved that too. The house was nicely decorated, stocked with cooking utensils, etc. we highly recommend this property.

We will definitely try to book this property again next year.

Great vacation for my entire family. We had 7 adults and 6 grandkids. Plenty of rooms for all and bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen hasn't been updated and is a bit tight depending on how many are in kitchen at one time. Also pantry door or fridge door if open block access to kitchen. We have been doing this annual family get together for almost 40 years. We will definitely try to book this property again next year.
