We stayed here a few years past and enjoyed. This time our one disappointment was that because of the heat during our stay was that there was no option to stay cool. The fans provided weren't enough and there were no umbrellas on the balcony to give us shade or to shade the patio window to help keep heat from radiating inside. Maybe offer a portable air container the upstairs and downstairs rooms.

The location is great with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything is close by, a little grocery store just up the street. You could hear the guests next door out on the patio so not too private. Also, the end unit doesn't have a door so if you bring a pet, they can get out. It is stated there is no air conditioning which is okay. However, there is barely any windows that open so there is no cross ventilation. There is a sliding back door in the back bedroom, but it doesn't feel too safe to leave that door open. Also, no screens on either sliding glass doors. Also, at night you would like to open a window or something in the bedroom (upstairs) but you can't leave the door open all night so it gets very warm. Overall, a nice stay.

Great little town! The property overlooks the ocean. Everyone was so friendly and it was pretty close to SLO.

Wonderful place to stay

Such a quaint, clean, modern place. We were impressed upon entering. I expected it to be a little shabbier on the inside, but the place was clean, bright, good beds and fantastic view of the ocean!

Pier View Suites

A wonderful stay! The location cannot be beat! Stunning ocean and pier views! Within walking distance to all Cayucos has to offer. Vacasa was communicative and accessible. We had a great time!

Great Location!

Cayucos beach house

This property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and people. One thing to consider is that there are many stairs. We enjoyed our time there.

Best time ever

The Unit was as described, clean and convenient to walking to the beach and pier. Even though it is on the main road in Cayucos it was quiet. A wonderful way to start the day enjoying the ocean sounds, sunshine and people watching.

Beautiful condo centrally located just 1/2 block from the beach

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and spacious. We really loved the balcony and spent a lot of time there. Just an fyi for people with injuries or handicaps, the stairs to the second level are pretty steep.

Wonderful

First reserving and checking in all online was effortless. AvantStay was on top of checking in and making sure we had everything we need. We were busy enjoying the sights along the coast road (and the cuisine) so didn’t really use the well stocked kitchen. Loved everything about the unit especially the wonderful balcony and its furnishings (that lounge couch!!). I would definitely come back .

Perfect location

Great spot right in the heart of Cayucos! Beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Be prepared for a lot of steep stairs, no elevator for bringing up luggage. At least you’ll get a good workout!
