Property was exactly as pictured and very much so enjoyed by us all. Highly recommend to explore and enjoy we even got to see a momma and her babies in the driveway down from us .

The cabin was beautiful and the mountain views were lovely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome mountain house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing stay at The Bear Shack! Tons of space, beautiful views of the mountains, modern kitchen, and comfortable living room & bedrooms. The theater room was a nice perk !

Secluded & Peaceful Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleased with the floor plan and decor. 1st floor Master bedroom’s box springs and bed frame were very noisy. Every time my husband got out of bed to head to the bathroom, it was soooo noisy it woke me up. The hot tub would not get HOT. It would only allow us to set it to 100 degrees. NO higher. The cleaning of the cabin could have been much better. In the master bathroom there were strands of long hair on the floor and in the shower area. There was a ring around the inside of the toilet. The windows looked as if they have not been cleaned in a long time. When we first got there walking around the kitchen, I was stepping on some sort of potato chip crumbs. I had to find a broom and sweep up that area myself.

It’s situated on the outside of the hustle of Gatlinburg and it’s so peaceful and beautiful up on the mountain. The cabin was extremely nice, clean, plenty of space for us to spread out after long days exploring the area. We love air B&Bs and this one was phenomenal, definitely recommend!!

Private, spacious, clean, gorgeous view of the mountains,comfortable beds!

Stayed 5 nights. Need to bring spices only given minimal salt, pepper, minimal supplies for washer no dryer sheets. 2nd night lost power to bar area downstairs, upstairs main fridge ice maker was not able to keep up with demand for ice, entrance to driveway was a difficult hairpin curve. Saw small, black mother bear with 3 small,cute cubs. Overall, I would go there again more prepared. The hot tub was great! The kids loved it better than a pool! Well appointed home, solid construction with porches and furniture both levels looking at the mountains! No problems with the plumbing seems to be a newer property!
