Plus, there is plenty of space for boat parking inside the gated property and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a sandy day at the shore.

Step beyond the gated entrance and into your own slice of paradise. The outdoor tiki hut entertainment area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, featuring a smart TV, large dining table, hanging chairs, and a grill for outdoor cooking. When the sun sets, unwind around the outdoor fire pit with large chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows and relaxing under the Texas stars. Kids and fun-loving adults will love the netted trampoline, and the stunning 100-foot custom coastal mural provides the perfect social media-worthy backdrop.

Inside, this spacious 1,600-square-foot home features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full baths. The master suite boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double shower heads, while the second king bedroom also has a private ensuite. A fun bunk room is stocked with toys for little guests, and the fourth bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. For ultimate relaxation, all rooms include sound machines, blackout curtains, and Roku-equipped smart TVs in the larger rooms.

The inviting living space features a plush oversized sectional and a large Roku TV for all your streaming needs. The gorgeous mid-century modern meets beach bungalow kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a wine and coffee bar, drink fridge, and a Keurig with complimentary coffee. The oversized kitchen window overlooks the front yard, where gatherings happen and kids play. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
