Denne søde et soveværelse et bad Condo (med ekstra queensize sovesofa i stuen) er perfekt til et par eller en lille familie. Fuldt møbleret og udstyret. Vores to terrasser giver dig en fantastisk udsigt over solopgang / solnedgang over stranden og søen. Bare medbringe sengetøj og din ø holdning og gør dig klar til at slappe af.

Wonderful location with all the comforts of home!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend in Carolina Beach and had all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for the few steps to the beach or just a short walk to the boardwalk and a variety of restaurants.

Great beach stay!

We were so close to the beach and within easy waking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. You have two balconies to choose from: on by the ocean and another by the lake!

Great week at the beach

We stayed 4 nights at cozy beach hideaway. It was an excellent location....walking distance to everything and close to the beach. The condo had a pretty view of the lake on one side and a pretty sliver of the ocean on the other. We had everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. No problem with parking and easy to access apt. Would stay again!

Perfect Spot!

We just finished up our second stay at this condo. We absolutely love it! The condo is always clean and the owners provide lots of nice touches making it easy to feel at home and have a great time. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet. Quick access to the beach and dinner/bars, and a beautiful view of the lake. And don’t miss the CB Farmer’s Market on Saturdays right across the street! Can’t wait til next year!

Nice getaway!

The property was beautiful and just like the pictures. There are a lot of stairs, but you can do it! After getting all of our things up the stairs the first time, the rest of the time the stairs were no big deal. Beautiful view of the lake in the evening and very close to the beach. We would stay again!

Family getaway

Condo was great! Better than I remember (2nd time staying). Kids loved the Arcade Game, we loved the space and the walk to the beach and surrounding areas! So simple and so relaxing!!!!

Vacation

This property is located 3 condos down from my parents. It was nice to stay close to them in a nice place. Melissa was nice and easy to get I touch with. I would book with her again in a heartbeat!

Great Location, Nice & Safe Property

The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was nice that there were 2 balconies to enjoy the sunrise and ocean view on one side, and the sunset and lake view on the other. Central location to everything. We had a great time exploring on bikes - so many trails and bike friendly streets. We went to the Battleship and Aquarium at Fort Fisher - all within an easy drive. Was nice to sit out on the back patio and hear the ocean. We cooked one meal in and had everything needed and the other nights enjoyed the local restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beach getaway

Overall we really loved the property and would stay again. Just a very short walk to the beach and everything you need for the most part is in the condo, including beach chairs which was super nice. I have stayed in more short term rentals than I can count, and this was the first time I had to supply linens, soaps, paper products, etc., but apparently that is something common for this area, so just be ready for that aspect. Also it is three stories up which is really four, because the ground level is parking, so be ready for a bit of a hike up the stairs. You will get your steps in for the day. :)

CB Visit

The washing machine was not available for our stay. The door to the stairwell sticks. And internet was mot reliable. Otherwise a great location and nice place to stay.

Fantastic Stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Beach Hideaway. The condo had all that I needed for my short stay. Communication about check-in was clear and parking was easily accessible and convenient. The big draw to this unit is the location. I parked my car the first day and didn't have to drive again. Lots of restaurants and the boardwalk are all an easy walk. Plus the market across the road has prepared meals that you can pop in the oven for a night in. Beach access is just across the street and there is a hose under the unit to wash off the sand. I would definitely rent this unit again or recommend it to others.

Perfect stay, cute condo

Condo was clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk area and local restaurants. The sunset views off the MB (lake side) were magnificent. Only steps to the beach. On the walk back you get a great view of the lake. Melissa is quick to respond to questions. If I had one suggestion it would be to clean up organize the kitchen cabinets a bit. I would definitely recommend this unit. Remember it is a 3rd floor unit so there is steps. We didn't mind them at all as we are in still in good shape for seniors!

Not for us

We found this place to be in very poor shape. The floors were warped and sinking, broken (“tapped”) furniture. The mattress was so old and sunken in places it was also very hot! The AC was fine but either the mattress or the pad is memory foam and we were sweating every night with the AC and fan on. It’s right by the beach, but not worth the price. We left a day early.

Great location and condo, but I wouldn't recommend it for one very warm reason. The condo AC was set on 76 degs per owner request. We arrived around 3. It was very hot out and unfortunately we couldn't cool down much by being inside. I immediately turned the AC down and we left. It took the AC about 9 hours to drop 3 degs (it was at 73 when we went to bed which sucked). It finally got down to a comfortable temperature by morning. Also, it wasn't in the listing, but the owner asked that we provide our own linens (king size sheets, bath and kitchen towels), and disposables (soap, tp, paper towels, cleaning products). That was a lot of extra luggage and we don't even own a king size set of sheets. I had a few other minor comments, but mostly the AC was the biggest annoyance.

Fun times

Hey y'all..thanks for having us. As always, a good time since we know this condo well. One big plus, seating in the front and in the back. Front during the day and back during the night. Had all the amenities required. Plenty of room for the two of us. If I hear my husband say one more time "wanna Sling" because of the TV set up, I may just slug him. LOL. I also like the film on the back sliding door for two reasons, kept the condo cooler and darker. That was a great idea. We had no issues, it worked out great and you know we will return, we always do. My only complaint, needs a bath mat, but we made it work by making a run to Walmart to get one. I can understand your reasoning for not having one. The location is great, the views are wonderful, parking is not an issue. The only drawback and this is for those that don't know this, but those steps will get you every time, but it will be what it will be since it is on the top floor. We love the new neighbors in 1A and 3A and the gentleman in 2B was super nice. You make it super easy from start to finish. Great communication and easy to get in. Had everything we needed!!!! Perfect location to walk to everything!

Everything you want. Great location: walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk, beach. No fuss, eclectic-ly decorated condo. Checks all the boxes: great working A/C, well appointed, designated parking spot, comfy little unit. Be prepared to walk some stairs! (We were happy for the exercise after checking out all the yummy restaurants in town, however.) And an honest-to-goodness old school arcade machine with more games than I could possibly remember! Fun place, great location.

This is a nice condo on the beach.you can pretty much walk to everything restaurants and boardwalk has a very nice lake veiw on the one patio,and you can see the ocean from the other patio.i will definitely be going back.

Loved this place ! Much bigger than it looked online. Clean, neat decor, cozy and so close to the beach! Tons of restaurants to walk to. My boyfriend and I loved it !

Great location

Fantastic location - short walk to beach, few places to eat very close (went to the Veggie Wagon across the street several times), and boardwalk not much further. Could enjoy fireworks on deck. Spacious living room and bedroom for my husband, me, and our dog, who we were grateful to be able to take. Arcade game was a fun throwback. Nice to have washer and dryer, though washer only holds 3 towels and both are very noisy. Not a deal breaker, just tried to be mindful of time we ran them. Overall, good place to stay and we would rent again.

Located in the heart of Carolina Beach, directly across from Carolina Beach Lake Park. The third floor offers nice sunrise views over the ocean and spectacular sunsets over the lake. Beach access is less than 100 steps away and is not near a public parking lot, which means the beach is always less crowded than any of the other public access areas. Walking distance to local food/bars and the boardwalk which is always hopping on a summer night with a carnival, live music, etc..

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

I personally love sitting on the patio off of the bedroom and enjoying a cool drink while watching the sunset after a fun day at the beach.
