Excellent beach and pool views! Beds were comfy and condo was clean. There were a couple miner issues but weren’t a big deal and communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond back. Def would stay here again.

Upon arrival, condo was not thoroughly cleaned. Counters were dirty, night stand had sticky residue, hair still in shower and counters. Trash an had dirty wet paper towels an cereal on the bottom. Floors were dirty. Food/candywrappers under beds, you could see it when you walked in the room. On departure day, condo locked us out at 907 am with a 10 am check out. My sunglasses and breakfast stayed on counter. No response from management. Property itself was beautiful! WellMaintained and saw security walk around often.

I appreciate the detailed feedback about unclean surfaces (sticky nightstand, hair in shower and on counters), trash and food under the beds, and dirty floors. I’ve flagged this reservation with our housekeeping and operations teams so they can investigate the cleaning breakdown, complete a deep clean, and review our checklists and training to prevent this in the future. I’m also sorry you were locked out before the 10:00 AM checkout. That should not have happened. I’ve asked our operations team to review the lock schedule, access logs, and our after-hours response procedures to determine what went wrong and improve our communication. Everything was great! The space was perfect for our family of 5, view was nice, and location is ideal, close enough to stores for essentials, while the property feels private and not too crowded. We were just a little bit surprised by the lack of some basic supplies; they provide very little toilet paper, no hand soap, had a somewhat random assortment of pots and pans (and no teaspoon)-- appointed more like a hotel than other vacation rentals we've used. With that being said, they were up front about what they provide in the listing- just maybe take inventory upon arrival before going shopping for longer stays! Overall, we loved our stay-highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed this location. The rooms were all very nice with lots of room. I liked the security of the facility. We will probably stay here again.

Excellent Condo

We loved our stay at Seaside. The whole process was easy. Our beautiful condo faced the Gulf. The balcony was so big and perfect to eat on or watch the beach and pool. The beds were super comfy and everything was clean. It fit our group of 5 adults perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Check in and out were very easy. The condo was clean and organized with every thing we needed. You will need extra trash bags and toilet paper so prepare for that. Plenty of space and my kids loved the games! Easy access to the pool and beach with the perfect view! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very nice and super easy to get to from elevator! View was fantastic. Room had just about all you need for your stay! Communication with the host was unfair. Paperwork in condo says you get 2 parking passes but they give you one then up charge you 10 more than the security gate cost for an extra pass. Beds were hard, sofa could use updating. While enjoying an afternoon on the patio while my kids napped, the table moved and I found a hidden camera. Immediately messaged the host and they never responded to me about the issue. I didn't see any clarification in the listing stating cameras on the balcony. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap, nice place. This is a good one.

The unit is on the 6th floor and has 3 bedrooms of nice size. Beds very comfortable. The view is wonderful. For the price it was pretty good. Renters should expect if someone is cooking in another unit you will smell it. The washer/dryer is incredibly loud and bothersome. Bring your own TP and extra trash bags. The most disappointing area of condo was the LR. The sofa is dirty and stained; if you sit on it and another person joins you then you will sink toward one another. No comfortable chairs. The grounds are nicely landscaped and make a nice little walking area. The pool is beautiful and so is smaller pool. Indoor pool was warm which was wonderful as we came in mid-May and water in both outdoor pools and the ocean was chilly but bearable. No umbrellas around pool so no shade. There is a small workout room with a couple of treadmills and bikes all facing a lone TV, but it’s grey and dark with no windows. Security: Guard at gate or on grounds. Gates to beach egress are coded. Felt pretty safe. Saw a couple of guests reporting things and guards were listening. Elevator: Fast and close to unit. Location: Right in the middle of many activities and restaurants. 98% of people we met in area were kind and helpful. Clientele: Mix of residents, college kids, seniors, and families. Overall for the price we thought it was a good deal. Biggest flaw was uncomfortable living room furniture. We rented beach chairs for 45 a day and they have umbre.

Cooking smells from other units shouldn’t detract from your stay — I’ll notify building management and add a note in the listing so future guests know this can happen in multi‑unit buildings. The loud washer/dryer and the sofa condition are unacceptable; I’ll have maintenance inspect the washer/dryer for repairs or vibration dampening, and I’ll ask housekeeping to deep‑clean and evaluate replacing the living‑room furniture and adding better seating. I’ll also reinforce the turnover checklist so starter supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) are properly stocked before arrivals. Thanks for the feedback about pool shade and the workout room — I’ll pass those suggestions to our amenities team for consideration.
