We rented the property for a girls weekend and it was perfect! It was easy to check in and everything was clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!!

The location and communication were great with Luxury Coastal. Being right on the beach is perfect!. We did have gnats in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did come the following day to spray when I sent them a message about it. Most VRBOs I’ve stayed in have a little notebook with need to know things and suggestions. There are no sidewalks to be able to walk to close by stores and restaurants. A lot of this has little to do with the host but things I wish I had known.

The property was very nice and location was well located to restaurants. We were not advised there was major renovations going on in the building. The indoor pool and hot tub were unavailable. They were also redoing a handball court. We were awakened every morning by loud construction noise.

The hot tub was not hot. The room itself was nice, but the property maintenance outside of the room was not great.

Loved the location. 1st floor was right by the parking lot, making it easy with 2 little kids getting to our vehicle. The stairs were outside the room for quick access to the ground floor to the pool/beach. 1st floor had a relaxing view of the beach/ocean & an AWESOME breeze. We had friends staying on the ground floor & they did not have much of an ocean view or breeze. The house was clean; everything seemed to work to our standards. There were only two small pans for cooking meals, but we made it work. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Comfortable furniture in the living room/beds were nice. Check in went great-walked right into the condo, got our wristbands at the front desk, & received our notification with the room code. The condo pool was clean & beach was never overcrowded. We used the charcoal grills one night. We went August 8-15 & the 1st time to Orange Beach. Minimal traffic, restaurants were never very busy. Review of Orange Beach: Restaurants were not far from this condo. We enjoyed – Shrimp Basket (just ok), ice cream & candy from Sweet Cone Alabama, donuts from Daisy’s Donuts & City Donuts, dinner at The Gulf & Cobalt (highly recommend), Zeke’s for lunch (best fried Grouper Sandwich), & groceries from Publix. Dolphin cruise with Surf’s Up & my kids had a blast at Alligator Allie (we will be back). We never used the hot tub, indoor pool, or tennis courts so no review for them. Overall, we loved the location & condo experience. Thank you!

The listing states that you have parking right outside the condo but that is not the case. Those parking spots are for owners only. You also can't walk right out to the beach. You have to take an elevator to the next floor down then walk through the pool area. Lastly there are no beach essentials provided.The view is beautiful and the furniture is functional and comfortable.

The condo is spacious but not very comfortable. The couch has a musty smell and caused a migraine. There were dark hairs in the bathtub when we arrived and no one in our group had even used the bathrooms yet.The beds are ok, but the area is very noisy. Every morning at 5:30 am, expect a loud dumpster or delivery truck to wake you up with a bang. There were renovations in other units, so it seems like constant knocking or sawing nearby.This property required us to pay for parking passes to park in the parking lot, which we have never seen before. When we have paid to stay why do we have to pay more to park there? The price for two cars was 130, so be prepared for that price which is more than what the rental company said it would be. I would not return to this place and don’t recommend it overall.
