As you step inside, you're greeted by a cozy and inviting living room featuring one of the comfiest couches you'll ever sink into — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The smart TV is ready for your favorite streaming services; just log into your personal apps and enjoy a movie night or catch up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay — from cookware and utensils to a coffee maker and basic pantry staples. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking dinner for a group, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

The home has one recently renovated bathroom that offers both a modern shower and a full tub — ideal for a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing soak in the evening.

There are three comfortable bedrooms:

Two of them each feature a plush queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers.
The third bedroom is especially spacious and includes two queen-size beds — great for families or groups who want to stay together while still enjoying plenty of space.
The house itself is simple, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. It's a wonderful option for families, friends, or groups visiting Austin and looking for a comfortable, welcoming space to unwind.

What is the parking situation?
There is a driveway with space for two cars.

Are baby items available?
Yes! Let us know ahead of time and we will have it ready for you.

Can we check in early or check out late?
We can arrange up to a two hour early check ins and late check outs. There is a $20 fee per hour.

Is the house a stand alone home?
Yes. The house is a single home.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There are a the threshold, but the entire house is one level. The entire house is one level, but the doorways are standard.

Is child care or sitting service available?

What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)?

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
We do have a pet fee, but we would love to host your pup. Please keep off furnishings.


Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.


Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carport is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer is located in the garage. The garage is an older space. Not a fixed up, but the washer and dryer work.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!

Quiet hours in the evenings. We love our neighbors and would never want to disturb them.
