Hi Torri, Thanks for the great review! We appreciate it. We need better signage for this, but the house has a 2 zone heating system. When we arrived at the house after your stay the 1st floor zone was set to 65 and the 2nd floor zone was set to 69. With the zones set like this the 2nd floor would be much warmer than the 1st. During the winter the 1st floor should be set much higher. We haven't had previous issues with floor noise, but we will for sure look into it. Thanks for staying with us! Sincerely, Kevin

Thanks Val! Your group took such good care of the home. We really appreciate it! We're so happy to hear that your hiking group had a great time at the home. I'm glad it was setup well for your in-home meals. We hope you come back to stay with us at Living the Dream! Sincerely, Kevin - All Seasons Vacation Rentals

Thanks for the great review. I did look in our system and the access code and driving directions were both emailed and texted to you when the final payment was made for your trip. We were happy to help send them again. Sincerely, Kevin - All Seasons Vacation Rentals
