Couldn't recommend Barrel Ridge enough. Incredible spot with unmatched views in the heart of Suncadia. Our group had a wonderful stay during Memorial Day weekend. The house was modern, clean, comfortable, and included all the amentities you would need. Having stayed at several houses in Suncadia, this was my favorite. Lindsay was a fantastic and responsive host as well. We hope to stay again in the near future!

This was a great spot for our family over Thanksgiving. House was beautiful and it worked great for a large group.

Super hosts - quick replies to our questions and check-in was a breeze. The home is spectacular and morning coffee on the deck enjoying the expansive view of the mountains was a treat.

Lindsey was an amazing and responsive host. The house was beautiful inside and out, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes and appliances.

One of the best, if not THE best homes available at/near Suncadia. Perfect getaway from the craziness over the 4th of July, as fireworks are strictly forbidden throughout this resort acreage. We enjoyed biking, hiking, lots of stairs, the new social shopping area, Swiftwater concert, pickleball, and many bakeries...as well as the lake (just a few miles north). Host(s) were awesome - everything went smoothly. We all really enjoyed getting to know them. Even though the neighborhood was jam packed with holiday visitors, we heard zero noise from the house. The house is 5-star all around. We will be back! Thank you Lindsay and Neil!

Amazing stay for birthday retreat!

The house was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Very well appointed, amazing views, and the host was incredibly gracious with several special requests we made. Proximity to all the main Suncadia amenities was also incredible. We will definitely be back!

Fun family trip

The owners are amazing to work with. So friendly and helpful! The house is absolutely immaculate, and plenty of space for everyone. Location was great.

Amazing Location, Amazing Host, Amazing Memories

The house was clean, hot tub was clean, and all was better than I have come to expect in most short term rentals. I don't know how else to describe it, the extra blankets were soft, the beds were comfortable, even with the owners staying in the Mother-inlaw above the garage one or two nights we were staying, we had privacy, lots of parking. The showers were clean, the hot tub was clean and fresh. Pleanty of pots and pans, dishes and space in the fridge. It was like coming home.

The best stay in Suncadia!

Photos don't do this home or view justice. We spent a weekend in Suncadia for my mom's 80th and never left once! The dual master bedrooms were great! The stocked kitchen and high end BBQ and oven were perfectly paired with the sub-zero fridge. We played air hockey and ping pong into the night and watched the stars come up from the hot tub. We've been going up to Suncadia for years and I think the deck has a better view than the main lodge. What a wonderful place to stay and make memories!

Memorable Wedding Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was perfect for hosting our family and friends who were in Suncadia for our son's wedding at Swiftwater Winery. The home felt so comfortable and had everything that we needed during our stay. The location was perfect and the views from this home are spectacular. The game room was so much fun! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided us with all of the details about the home prior to, and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others, we have so many good memories of time spent with family and friends at Barrel Ridge!

This house was incredible! With three King suites, a separate room with a queen and an adjacent bunk room with plenty of beds for the kiddos, it was perfect for a large group. The kitchen was impressive, including a second oven and dishwasher, any spice you may need for cooking/baking and things like aluminum foil that aren’t always available or accessible at rentals. We used the fire pit on the deck, the hot tub was clean and perfectly warm and we had a blast with the games!Everything in the house is high-end but it is also very comfortable and not intimidating. I had read about the location and views but WOW! We were around the corner from sledding and a very quick walk to the Lodge. The views from the deck were amazing!Our host communicated quickly and clearly - and was very kind. Highly recommend this house!!

Perfect Mountain Getaway for Families

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Suncadia! With three families in our group, the house was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate everyone. There was plenty of room for the kids to play while the adults relaxed, and the layout made it easy to gather together or enjoy some quiet time.The location within Suncadia was great. The setting was truly stunning, and we made great use of the outdoor spaces as well.The host was wonderful—easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this home for anyone planning a group getaway in Suncadia.

A Best In Class Experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous luxury mountain home with stunning views, and I have to say that it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings, and the attention to detail that had gone into every aspect of the home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we were immediately struck by the unique touches and architectural features that set this home apart. Every room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with unbelievable mountain views out of every window. We particularly loved the cozy fireplaces , which made the whole house feel warm and inviting, and the comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to endless outdoor recreation. And of course, the views were simply breathtaking - we spent hours just gazing out at the private surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience. With its luxury touches, stunning views, and unbeatable location, it truly exceeded all of our expectations!

This is one of the best spots we’ve stayed at! The home itself is beautiful and the views from every room of the house are stunning. Lindsay was very quick to respond, the house was spotless, all the beds were very comfy, the spice drawer was fully stocked, and the appliances were very nice! I highly recommend this property if you have a large group

My family and I had a nice time, the view was pretty and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck while watching the golfers and looking at the scenery. At night we enjoyed sitting and chatting on the deck around the fire pit. The kids and adults had a blast playing pool and ping pong. We were visited by 3 deer and the kids loved watching them in the front yard. It was an easy walk from the house to Suncadia lodge and to the coffee shop where we sat outside in the rocking chairs while the kids played tag in the grass. We loved having two washers and dryers in the house and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies to make meals. Safeway was a short drive away and there is a small grocery store within walking distance as well. It is a lovely place to stay.
