Stor enhed i første sal i pilothuset

Denne lejlighed i stueetagen er lige stedet at tage på ferie. En kingsize-seng og to dronninger sammen med en sovesofa vil sove 8 personer komfortabelt. Nyd et køkken i fuld størrelse sammen med et tekøkken i studio-enheden.

Pilot House ligger i hjertet af Sandestin i den smukke landsby Baytowne Wharf. Landsbyen har mere end et dusin butikker, fantastiske butikker og både afslappet og eksklusiv spisning. Der er altid natlige begivenheder i det fælles område, herunder koncerter og film på græsplænen. Sandestin har 72 huller golf, 14 tennisbaner, en spa med fuld service og mange familieaktiviteter. Baytowne tilbyder adgang til strande i bugten og bugten. Stranden er cirka en kilometer eller så på den anden side af Hwy 98.

Gina was very nice, the property was exactly as listed. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great for family or couples. Gina was very responsive and the check in and check out was seamless. The next time we are going to Destin, we will definitely try to stay at Gina'a Pilot House property.

Quick Baytowne trip

This was our first time staying in Baytowne. We had a great time and you can’t beat this location. Our family of four had plenty of room and felt at home. Thanks for great communication!

Fine Rental in Baytowne

First floor unit(s) is well located. Easy access to private pool for Pilot House residents. Nice fitness room near pool. Grounds and nature are well kept. Easy to walk or get other exercise while later relaxing in the unit. 3 TV’s. Tram stop out front. Good security. Neat porch. Nice owners.

The condo was amazing. Very clean and welcoming. The pool area was wonderful and the shops and restaurants just outside if the building was a huge benefit, not to mention all the entertainment for the kids and the live music in the evening

Perfect location

This was the perfect property for our family of 4. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. We loved that we could just walk out the door to all the restaurants and activities at the Wharf. While the tram is available we took our car to the beach bc is was so close and easy. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Sandestin.

Convenient location!

Great location for a family to just walk right into Baytowne Village! Pool was nice and it was nice to have a parking garage! The unit was clean, but quite noisy around us. Sleep fans helped at night! Pack towels, shampoo, and keurig coffee cups! All things we had very little of!

Girl Trip

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so convenient for my crew to simply walk out the front door to do all the things we wanted. Rented bikes one day and took the tram to the beach another. Love the vibes at Baytowne Wharf! Gina was excellent to work with. We will be back!

Walk right to shops ( we went during Christmas for all the activities super easy no elevators ) I had a stroller and bags and it made it simple for my family , squeaky clean , owner responsive with text and on it Everything perfect

Perfect!

The location of your condo was perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping. We were impressed with the cleanliness upon entering the condo for the first time. The private patio was ideal for spending special time with our friends. The pool and all the area around the pool were beautiful and relaxing, We wil definitely be back.

Great stay!

Large condo with comfy couches, chairs and beds. Communication with Gina was great. Location was perfect and its so nice to have the shuttle. Kitchen stocked with everhthing you would need to cook. Was a great stay and would stay again for sure!

Excellent all around!

I will definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic time. The location is great, comfy beds, plenty of room, beach chairs and umbrellas to use and plenty of towels. Honestly I have no complaints. We did have one snafu with the door lock but the host was on top of it and got it fixed immediately. This is the place to stay!

Family Fishing Trip for the Guys

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip and we will be back! The location was in walking distance to restaurants and stores yet we had plenty of quiet and privacy. Our host was excellent and responded above and beyond and even offered early check in and late check out. Can’t say enough good things about this stay!

One is in Pilot House and the other two are in Observation Point North. My daughter Gina handles the renting of our units and will be happy to help you.

It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having a ground floor unit allows you to walk right into the building from the parking garage and not have to take an elevator.
