This adorable home is just a 5-minute drive to The Outlets at Legends; an open-air shopping, dining & entertainment destination in Sparks. It includes an IMAX theatre, escape rooms, a brand new casino & more. If you plan to visit Lake Tahoe, freeway access is only a 5-minute drive away. This wonderful home has just been fully remodeled and guests will be able to feel the relaxing and inviting energy from the moment they walk through the front door. With about 1200 square feet, it holds a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with a king bed. There are two full bathrooms and each room has its own private access to each bathroom. It also has 2 dedicated work spaces for our guests who work from home. Guests can relax under the gazebo in the private backyard surrounded by hanging lights.

The home has heating and air conditioning, a fireplace and a TV with a Roku. It comes full of amenities including extra blankets, 2 pillows for each guest, a fully stocked shower and plenty of towels. We've also included cotton swabs, Q-tips and hair dryers.

If any of our guests are in town for Tesla or Panasonic, the drive is only a short 25-minute commute. For our guests in town for leisure and vacation, the Sparks Marina is only a 5-minute drive away, major shopping, dining & entertainment is 5-minutes away and any events being held in Victorian Square are only a 5-minute drive away, as well.

This will be a relaxing experience for guests traveling for work or for vacation.
