The street is filled with small business from an independant bookstore, one of the city's BEST bakeries, restuarants galore, two flower shops, wine merchants, boutiques, children's shops and even a Whole Foods and Walgreens just a few blocks from the apartment. Every Saturday morning the square fills with vendors, live music and the community for our weekly Farmer's Market. Throughout the month, the Square holds many events like yoga, Night Market, wine strolls and Parisian Night. It feels like a European Village and is unlike anywhere else in the city.

We occupy the middle floor and on the top floor is owned and occupied by a couple that has lived in their flat for over 20 years. In the back of the parcel, there is a free standing cottage that is owned and occupied by a couple. The front door to the apartment is accessed by a locked door and faces the back cottage, so it's extremely quiet and safe. The building is oriented Southward, which fills the living space and front door to the apartment with sunshine and natural light throughout the day.
There are two outdoor areas for your personal use - the front deck which gets full sunshine and the lightwell deck that has a bistro table and two chairs. Access to outdoor living space is a rarity for city apartments.
