Make yourself at home in this new construction spacious (3,000 sqft), stylish, and peaceful 3 bedroom house.
Perfectly located in a gated community close to everything. 15 min to the airport, 20 to the Strip. Walk to Starbucks, groceries, Walgreens, gyms, pizza, and much more. Many great parks with 5-10 min drive. Everything is close!
Safe, quiet community where kids ride their bikes down the street. No comfort overlooked in this house! Anything you need, just let us know.

Our main priority is your comfort and providing you and your family everything you could need to make yourself at home. From modern conveniences to stylish touches, we want your time here to be fun, easy, and stress-free.
On the main level, you have the dining room table, fully stocked kitchen, and the main living room with 65' Smart TV, as well as your exit to the fully-fenced in back yard with 55' TV outside!
Also on the main level is a full 1-bedroom suite complete with small kitchen (no range or dishwasher - and not fully stocked), full bathroom with walk-in shower, living room, and bedroom with king sized bed, huge walk-in closet, and a separate stacked washer-dryer.
On the 2nd level you have the Main bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower and separate tub, huge walk-in closet, and full-length mirror. Outside from the Main bedroom you have a balcony with sitting area.
Also on the 2nd level you have a 2nd bedroom with a trundle bed (either 1 or 2 twin beds at a time), big walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Additionally, there is a large "landing" area with a dedicated workspace, area for a blowup mattress, or anything that you feel you need a little extra space for.
The home is equipped with some nice smart home features like dimmable lights, programmed smart thermostats that adjust on a schedule (77 during the day, 69 at night - or we can customize to your liking), and smart door locks.
2 coffee machines are provided - Keurig and Gen 1 Nespresso, as well as some pods to get you going.
Monthly cleaning is included if staying longer than 1 month. We will confirm scheduling with you. Only laundry for linens is included in the monthly cleaning, if desired.

This neighborhood is beautiful, safe, quiet and close to everything! Within 5-10 minutes drive or less you have everything you need at your fingertips. 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to most parts of the Strip. It's a great place to live.

This house is spacious, comfortable, modern, peaceful, pretty much brand new (built in 2024), has every convenience, and is in an amazing location. We promise you will have a great stay here!
