📋 Rules and Regulations:
~No same-day bookings; 4-day lead time required for lease approval
~Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season
~An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking
~Your email & a picture of your photo ID are required to submit the application
~A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

Parking 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building parking, and vehicles cannot exceed 6 feet 6 inches, including items on the roof of the vehicle.

To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
