Amazing Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at the condo and are already planning our next family vacation for 2027! The unit was amazing and we truly felt at home all week long. The only issues were some of the outlets did not work (we just had to plug into another one) and the lock on the door to the patio did not work well, but these were overall minor issues. We loved all the amenities of the condo and our daughter loved the waterslide. We will plan to be back again at Phoenix II next year!!

We LOVED this condo! I took my work team here for a retreat and it was perfect! There was 6 of us and the space was a perfect fit. The condo was impeccably clean, functional, and stylish. The boardwalk to the beach was not too long. Beach service for chairs was great. We were adults and loved the lazy river and slide just as much as the kids! We loved every minute of our stay and want to come back.

The only rental for the picky traveler

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend this vacation rental. I am very particular about where I stay and after staying here, I think the owner nailed it for picky people like me. The design and comfort gives beach vibes and relaxation. There was more than enough room for our family to gather and not feel like we are on top of each other. The tv's in the bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. I had read reviews about the elevator service and long wait times, but we were there on Labor Day weekend on the 17th floor with zero problems. It had every kitchen appliance you could possibly need and the icemaker was a fantastic surprise that we used to fill up our ice chests for the beach. If you are a picky traveler that wants all the comforts of home with a beach vibe and beautiful view, this is your condo.

Very clean, great location, loved having the option of the lazy river and waterslide and also indoor pool/hot tub. The carts to load and unload vehicles were very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans. Laundry in unit was great to have. We would definitely stay here again
