Come see why this 3rd Floor Parking Level Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views of the Gulf is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor unit with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a great stay here! The check in and out process is so easy to figure out. The place was extremely clean and well kept. I would highly recommend and will return for another visit!

Out of all the condos I’ve ever stayed in this was by far the best one of all time!! My family and I had the best time ever and being able to park on the same floor we stayed on was so incredibly convenient! We will for sure be coming back here next year! :)

The condo is spacious and clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This room is amazing and conveniently located near the parking garage. The pool, slide and lazy river kept my family occupied for the entire week. I do have to say the front desk staff is not very friendly. One of the ladies even got irritated with my teenage son with a stutter when he was trying to give him her vehicle information and said something inappropriate to him. Other than that the say was a dream.

We had a great stay at this condo and would absolutely come back. The unit itself was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy after a long travel day. The view was beautiful and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip.The amenities were fantastic and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. We were close to several great restaurants, ice cream spots, and both Walmart and Publix, which made grabbing groceries and quick meals effortless—especially with kids.The only downside was the beach setup. There were multiple instances where people who hadn’t rented chairs and umbrellas set up directly in front of those who had, which made the experience a bit frustrating and crowded at times. It’s not a reflection of the condo itself, but something to be aware of if you plan to rent beach setups.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly. We made great memories here and would definitely consider booking again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the new Phoenix II Gulf Shores. The property is beautiful and convenient to so many things. There are a few kinks to work out, but that is true for any new construction. The indoor pool water was icy cold - too cold for comfortable swimming. We hope the snack room is enlarged to include more items. The security at the slide and outdoor pool made it enjoyable for all - we have been places where kids run amok and no rules are followed. That was thankfully not the case here. The slide was a huge hit with the grandkids. Carts were plentiful and moving in/out was a breeze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 302 was absolutely amazing. One of the best condos and units I have ever stayed at. It was very clean. The master suite, closet, and bathroom is huge. It was decorated perfect with not a lot of Knick knacks sitting around for littles to break. Kitchen had lots of room and is fully stocked with everything you need. Starter kits of essentials are included. Walmart close by for picking up anything you need. Great location with lots to do and even some are within walking distance. Uber and delivery services are available. We traveled with 8 adults and 2 teens and had plenty of room. Mattresses were comfortable and they provided plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and linens. Remember to bring your own beach towels as they are not included. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas online from Ike’s beach service and they were wonderful. We were obsessed with the pool that has a lazy river and an awesome slide. We went to the gym every morning before we hit the beach. This unit has a perfect view of pool and ocean. The balcony had a large table and plenty of chairs for eating and relaxing. The only negatives we found (which would never hinder us staying here again) was the water pressure was not very good and the sinks drained slowly, but that could be the building and not necessarily the unit itself. Also the garage disposal didn’t work properly but we didn’t really use it anyway. I recommend the Phoenix II condo and specifically unit 302. I will definitely be back and rent this same unit again.

The check-in process received a 1 star because we had driven 14hrs and weren't allowed into the condo for 2 hrs past check in while it was still being cleaned. Communication also received a 1 star because the host was contacted a few different ways and never responded. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4:30pm and for 2 hrs we had to sit in the hallway with our luggage and wait for the lady to clean the room with 6 angry children and our 70 year old mom. We were finally allowed access to our room at 6:30pm. Parking for this unit was great! The staff at the resort all seemed friendly. The pool was amazing! The views were perfect. I would stay at this unit again after making contact with the host about the 2 hour delay in check in time.

Great room with well equipped kitchen. 3rd floor location provided for a good beach view with quick access to the pool area and the beach without needing to wait for the elevators. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Easy parking in the attached garage with carts available to assist with bringing in things. Grocery, shopping, restaurants and activities within 1-2 miles.
