We have professionally designed this home with all the comforts and luxuries in mind. From the flooring to the kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture, every detail has been carefully sourced with our guests in mind.

This spacious retreat offers 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus 2 sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes 5 modern appliances—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge—perfect for preparing meals for your group. The living room and designated movie theatre room make it easy to entertain and relax with friends and family.

For your entertainment, there is a 65-inch Smart TV upstairs and a 55-inch Smart TV downstairs, both equipped with all the popular apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio, complete with a barbecue, surrounded by beautiful plants for a peaceful outdoor dining experience. And, of course, unwind in the 6-person hot tub after a day of exploring.

Nature lovers will appreciate being just 2 minutes away from First Lake Trail, where you can kayak, paddleboard, or simply enjoy a relaxing walk or run. Plus, you’re just a short walk to Sobeys Grocery Store, Tim Hortons, NSLC, and Staples, making your stay even more convenient.

Early check in is available (based on availability) at $30 per half hour before the check in timings.

Heating and Cooling:
Please be advised that 2 out of the 3 heat pumps in the house are currently not operational as we are in the process of upgrading our service panel to 200 amps. However, the main source of heating is via baseboards, which are fully functional.

Thermostats are available throughout the house and can be adjusted to your desired temperature for your comfort. We appreciate your understanding and are working to complete the upgrades as soon as possible.
