This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private patio that overlooks the water. Indoor parking @ $25 / day

We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 7-10 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.
