ABOUT THE AREA; Yalıkavak has been one of the most important fishing centers on the Turkish coast of the Aegean for years, a harbor where fishermen and sponge divers took shelter. ABOUT THE HOUSE; Our villa, which is located on the Yalıkavak – Gümüşlük border, is 5 minutes away from Yalıkavak Marina by car and has a magnificent sea view. Our villa is completely equipped with brand new furniture, and all furniture is furnished with Kervan brand. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 1.5 bed in our living room villa. Our villa has 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. They will also not take part in any activity that is considered illegal by law. Guests are responsible for any possible accidents, damages, illegal activities and other individuals staying in the rented residence that may arise from their own faults and behaviors during their stay. Guests agree to present a valid identity document, including for babies and children, in accordance with the provisions of the Identity Notification Law No. 1774, and undertake that the information they provide is accurate and complete.
