We take all guest comments seriously, but we also feel it’s important to clarify a few points for context. This reservation was a one-night stay during the winter season, which is our MOST competitively priced time of year. The rate offered represents exceptional value for the property, and we believe the pricing was more than fair for the accommodations provided. We also expect all guests to communicate respectfully and in alignment with platform guidelines. Unfortunately, the tone and approach taken in this case did not reflect that standard and was not consistent with Vrbo’s policies for cleaning fees. We strive to provide a positive experience for every guest and stand behind the value and quality of what we offer. For travelers seeking a higher-tier or luxury experience, we would recommend exploring premium or penthouse-level accommodations that may better align with their expectations and preferences if it is even in their budget. Perhaps next time do not stay at independent places but go for a national chain where you may feel more comfortable.

Thank you for your review we do ask that guests notify us ahead of time if they are bringing additional boats and trailers of any kind. We are a busy Campground yes, not an Rv park. We also take pride in having accurate pictures of all of our rentals at all of our properties.

This guest is very respectful but needs to work on occupancy levels with the house.
