Springwood 97 har netop afsluttet ombygningen af ALLE 3 fulde bade i november 2017. Badeværelserne er friske og moderne! Springwood 97 er en lejlighed i første sal uden trin til at navigere. Konge i soveværelse, to dronninger i soveværelse 2, to tvillinger i soveværelse 3, stue sovesofa. Denne ejendom ligger 3 gader fra stranden ved Atlanterhavet og inden for 1 blok fra Van Der Meer Tennis Center og Players Club. Et specielt medlemskab af disse faciliteter giver Springwood-gæster begrænset brug af klubben, træningsudstyr og indendørs pool. Dette samfund har en pool på stedet og en lille børnepool. Parkering er tilgængelig ved hoveddøren til hver ejendom. Springwood ligger i gåafstand fra Coligny Plaza, Beach Market og Park. Yearly Trip to Hilton Head

This was by far the best property we stayed on outside of the resort areas. Location was excellent and nearby shops for my wife to visit. Condo was great with three separate rooms and three separate bathrooms made it a really enjoyable experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Walked to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Plenty of room for our family. Great pool. Updated kitchen and bathrooms! The queen mattresses (3 of them) need replacing. The dryer took 3 rounds to dry. The cleaning company needs to pull out the dressers and clean behind. There were socks and undies behind one and someone’s pants and shirt left in our closet. The frying pans need replacing and they don’t sit flat. All easy fixes. We enjoyed our stay! The park was a hit for the kids! Thanks for a good vacation.

Better than expected!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was very convenient to all the amenities and easy access to the main road via car, bikes or walking. Playground and open concert park, Coligny Beach and great restaurants were short car ride or within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and the AC worked great! The kitchen was functional with ample counter space. Only querk was only one parking space per unit, we had 2 vehicles, but you have to look for parking spaces that aren't marked. Still easy to park. We did not get to use the pool but it is close to the unit. The resort management company was great to work with and very responsive.

Great Place but Parking Problems

This would have been a straight 5 stars, but parking was not good. They have signs stating parking is strictly enforced, but when someone was parked in my spot nothing was done. I contacted the office and was told they can't help me. When I parked in other spots that weren't mine, I was harassed with notes on my car. I was afraid someone was going to damage my car for being in their spot or possibly get towed. I had to put a note on the car in my spot to take care of it myself. It worked out because the owner of the car did move it once they got the note. But I should not have had to deal with this. If I go back to Hilton Head I am not sure I will go back to the same place. If they didn't want to help me with this it makes me wonder if they would help on other issues - thankfully I had no other issues.

Convenient Comfort

The condo is located within walking distance of the beach or Coligny Plaza. You have access to the community pool and the AC works amazingly. I highly recommend this condo. A few things to be aware of: Everything you need to cook with is present, but there are no coffee, seasonings, or other cooking ingredients like sugar or flour available (come prepared). In the back bedroom, close to the entry, one of the bed frames was broken and had indications it had been fisfixedex multiple times. The shower in that bedroom was not draining properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very typical of a vacation unit. Nothing grand except the redone kitchen (but not enough cooking gear for 9 ppl). The unit was cleaned thoroughly, under the couch was an array of dust and dirt. Came back home with a dry nose. Might have been due to all the dust.

This is a very nicely updated condo in a great location.

Very easy check-in. I liked not having to go back by the office to drop off keys since the condo has keyless entry.

Great please to stay . Very vice kitchen and bathrooms. Could definitely be cleaner . The kitchen should get some more utensils and cups for sure . But had a nice time and stay .

Spring at Springwood

We are familiar with Springwood and were again pleased with staying here. This unit was set up nicely for a family to stay the whole week. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for meals, which was very much appreciated. We missed the pool opening by a day, but it’s always a nice area to walk around and enjoy the scenery. We love being close to the new park and ride scooters there daily.

Great Location & Affordable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the value you can't go wrong. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Excellent access to Coligny Park, the playground and the beach (via the main entrance or between Seaside Villas). Everything you need for a long stay can be purchased in Coligny Park which is convenient. Great location for a family. Especially nice to go out to dinner and not need to worry about driving home. You can hear footsteps from the second floor, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Second year in a row using Seashore Vacations and am very pleased with our experience. Looking forward to year 3! The only thing I could see to improve the unit is an updated and nicer set of outdoor patio furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay. We would stay there again and recommend it.

Great Location! Walking distance to Coligny Plaza

Property was spacious and clean. Pleanty of room for a family of 6 (including 4 teenagers). Location is fantastic. Steps from some of the best spots in HHI including restaurants, Coligny Plaza, LowCountry Celebration Park and the new Sandbox Childrens museum. Surrounding area is safe and the beach is less then a 10 minute walk with free shuttling if desired. Five Star property.
