A full kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics. The adjoining dining table offers space to share meals or plan the next day’s adventures.

The Neighborhood:

Waikoloa Village is located at about 1000 feet elevation and is just minutes away from some of the best beaches in all of Hawaii. This complex is very quiet and one of Waikoloa's most popular condo complexes. Waikoloa Villas is about a 15-minute walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. Great beaches within a 20-minute drive include A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay), Hapuna, Spencer Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea Beach. Take the beach towels, chairs, and rolling cooler.

Parking Information

Each unit is allotted one open parking space with provided parking pass specific to the unit. If you require additional parking for over 4 hours, it is available off property, along the street. Please note: Only one vehicle per reservation is allowed on the property.



Community BBQ Area: Located conveniently within the complex for your outdoor grilling enjoyment.



Golf Perks: With the provided amenity cards, guests receive discounted rates at the Village Course at Waikoloa, a scenic course designed by Robert Trent Jones II.



Community Pool Access: Cool off at the Waikoloa Village Community Pool, available to all guests.



Pet Policy

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found in the home, it must be removed immediately and will result in a non-refundable $1,000 fee.

Booking Policy

Please be aware that a 1-day gap between bookings is required. Reservations can only be made for dates that are at least one day after a previous departure and one day before the next arrival. Back-to-back bookings are not allowed.
