This condo was in a good position. We could walk straight out from lounge to pool area. The pools were awesome, large, clean, and deep. While we were required to wear bracelets at all times, we never saw one person working or checking for bracelets. We rented this condo as it was advertised with handicap access. In reality, the path from parking to the very last condo is not ideal. There is a steep ramp and then a long pathway. Halfway through our vacation, my husband's wheelchair went off the path (there is no railing), hit the concrete steps, and ended up with broken bones in his face and an emergency trip home. Additionally, the shower, while it has a seat in the large shower, it does not have a removal showerhead, so it's not usable for someone in a wheelchair. The beds are soft, without support to raise up, making it hard for someone with limited ability. I'm writing all this, so others with disabilities don't make the mistake of thinking this condo has accommodations. I'd also add that the company responded swiftly to all enquiries and requests, even though they couldn't fulfill them. Lastly, this condo isn't clean. We wore socks inside as the floors were dirty, especially the rug. The couch was dirty, as was the lazy boy. These all need to be replaced, and the entire condo needs painting. I usually don't write negative reviews, but the owner shouldn't expect guests to pay high prices for furniture they wouldn't sit on.
