Located in the quiet and centrally located Peter Howell neighborhood, the home features private off-street parking, a smart lock with a unique door code for self check-in, and a spacious layout perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

The backyard is shared with a separate tiny house that is also rented as a short-term rental. Each unit has its own entrance, private door code, and designated seating area to ensure privacy and comfort.
